Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.

He called me back after the visit with a quote, giving me an estimate of hours it would take (3 in my case) and price for the first cleaning and then price if i wanted to schedule any subsequent cleanings. I had called a few other places in the area and Freddy's quote was extremely reasonable comparatively. He explained first visit takes a little more time to clean and subsequent visits less time. The day of cleaning Elia & Freddy arrived on time for cleaning with all their gear. They brought shoes to change into that were specifically for indoors when they clean and wore masks the entire time. They mopped, vacuumed, wiped surfaces and window sills, cleaned mirrors, dusted blinds, scrubbed bathroom down and kitchen surfaces, and probably some more I am forgetting. The kitchen stovetop was in pretty rough shape to begin with and looked almost unrecognizably clean afterwards. After each room was cleaned, they asked me to look and see if I was satisfied with the cleanliness. I was very happy with the job they did. The job ended up taking 4 hours, so a little more time than expected, but a testament to how they value finishing the job and their integrity. Although it took more time than estimated, the price didn't increase. They are very friendly people as well. If you see their website, don't be deterred by the typos on there as I believe English may not be their first language. But you will not have any trouble communicating. Highly recommend!
