I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to get their windows cleaned.

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good experience. I would potentially use the In the future...it's just very expensive. My place does feel very clean though.

Courtney provided us with a great estimate, taking the time to measure the area and explain the costs to us. I was really impressed with the range of services he offers, but more importantly, he told us he wanted to make our house shine again. This was also apparent in the work he did for us, staying late and coming back to make sure areas were clean and new looking. He mentioned several times when areas had tough to clean grime or dirt and how it bothered him. Courtney and his team put great effort into their work and it showed in the shine he brought our home. I was really happy with how clean and new our home, walkways and other stone fixtures appear now that they are washed. I highly recommend Combat Window Cleaners if you are interested in regaining the shine for your home.
