Writing this #ThankYouThursday review for Quality Pest Control because they have literally come to…read moremy rescue on more than one occasion. I've been living in the same apartment for just over four years now and there's only been two instances where pest control was needed. Both times I organized for Quality Pest Control to come out through my landlord, but I worked directly with them both times. It's also been the same fella that comes out and he's been great. The first issue was over the summer with carpenter bees. Every year I notice them and while they're annoying they aren't harmful. That being said, I definitely don't want them around 24/7 as I'm trying to get in and out of my backdoor. I even gave myself a black eye once trying to get away from them, LOL. They can't help it, they love the wooden staircase and it's clearly been their home for longer than it's been mine. They came out one afternoon and I was able to show them all the problem areas. After working their magic I noticed a huge improvement. Gone are the days of darting in and out of my place as they chew up each stair. The second time was more recently and due to mice, gross! They let me know that it's been a bigger issue this year and I'm not the only one. They came out and accessed the situation and did their thing. It took about two weeks and after making a few other adjustments, I'm pleased to share that the issue is no longer. I definitely recommend them if your pests are getting out of control.

I paid for ant remediation in mid April. To date we still have ants. When we continued to see ants…read moreafter the first treatment, Quality came out a couple of times more to try inside baiting with gel. I was told respraying outside is not necessary and then later told a respray is not legal in Ohio. I could not find verification of such a law. Today would have been their 4th time to come to my house, I stayed home during their 5 hour window but no one came. I bought several refills of the same brand bait stations (they included 2 bait station traps in my cost) to keep fighting ants on my own. Their service has not solved my ant problem. This is for Quality pest control in Columbus, Ohio

I was told my resume looked great for what they were looking for, and afterwards I was told I would be contacted about any updates. Days later they never reached out, to which felt as I received a stone wall response after anxiously waiting on a response. After calling back once again days later the managers couldn't even speak to me on the phone. I had the receptionist tell me that the " position had already been filled ". The job market is already very hard, so for me to be extra prepared and fit for the job, just to be ignored and left with zero response for days is very distasteful, and felt like a waste of time. Would recommend on improving company's communication skills.

We're seeing more pests now than when we started and that's literally the opposite of how this is supposed to work. I've wasted far too much money for the empty promises and inability to make an impact. I won't spend another penny with them, we're taking our business to someone that knows how to get results.

After discovering their points of entry, we got it under control. More or less. Because some ants seemed to be always around, we called Stryker. They were busy but were able to get to us about five days later. We dropped about $200 on the treatment. Most of the treatment was applied outside of the house. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago. We haven't seen an ant since. Highly recommend these guys.

This company is definitely not a one trick pony they are knowledgeable about a diversity of strategies to combat different types of ants. Everyone at the company we interacted with was lovely. I very much preferred working with their booking agent rather than the big name companies with automated scheduling. Will definitely be using Stryker again now for maintenance!
