From the first phone call to finding our NEW home she was always there, very informative, listened to our desires or wish list and went about finding our home. Didn't waste our time with homes we weren't really going to consider instead focus on exactly what we hoped for. Instead of a 'Shotgun' approach more like a sniper making each shot count. Every property we looked at met our needs until she magically found the 'Home' for us. In fact we were the first to see it due to her staying on top of any changes in our area. We not only seen the property first but also put in an offer with her help too. As we finalize all the paperwork etc. we cant wait to move into our home. Thanks to Paige Stills and the Keller Williams Team! Would recommend her to anyone looking to BUY a New Home.

The result was transforming. This area became a go to for many and resulted in a ten percent uptick in sales. The furniture he designed was not only beautiful, but smart in form and function. His team truly transformed the space; and made the business more profitable.

Needless to say, I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I told Jeffrey before work began that I wanted to make no decisions and that came to pass thanks to his detailed plans. The contractors worked from those plans and I have only the highest praise for them, too. Jeffrey's plans combined three rooms into one large space and included replacing the cellar stairs (where I had to duck my head going down) with a circular stair case that is just perfect. The final result was far removed from my initial discussion with Jeffrey but his design was so perfect that I quickly deferred to him on virtually everything he wanted to do. He included a large island in the kitchen which I had not envisioned and behind it he added a three-pane glass sliding door that lets a ton of light into the room and that I use all the time to get to my deck. He also designed a garden window that projects outward by about eighteen inches and is full of plants. I first learned of Jeffrey because he designed the kitchen of my next-door-but-one neighbor. I loved it and I love mine even more. I'm so happy with the result. The work also included a new floor in the attic space and opened up the den to the new kitchen.

After multiple attempts to have them stop using them as advertisement they continue to do so. We engaged ESD Homes to do a significant renovation of our home, and have come to regret the moment we set eyes on Liz Davies. The project was riddled with numerous problems that resulted in damage to our personal property and multiple amateur results due to lack of basic oversight. To date, Liz Davies has yet to address major problems with the project. If you are considering ESD Homes and/or Liz Davies to do work for you, run in the other direction. Response from the owner in the last week Hi Rodrigo. We understand you are angry that work did not continue at your home. Please be truthful about your project. **Liz Davies you were 9 months delayed on our 6 months project and still to this date there are MAJOR issues you said you addressed but they were never; Who's is the one that needs to be truthful? 1. The contract we had for your home is in legal breach and therefore ESD Homes was forced to place a lien on your home to collect a very large sum of monies due. **Liz Davies, we offered to place those $9,000 something you are claiming on that frivolous lien on an escrow account to be released once you have addressed ALL the issues that you are responsible for fixing, like bathroom water leaks, but according to your attorney, you refused to. 2. We worked with you for months; waiting for you and your partner to earn enough money to pay for what was already installed. You simply spent more money than you could afford and encouraged our company and it's subcontractors to continue working with empty promises of payment. **Liz Davies you estimated the project at $200,000 and you were paid $474,000 and you never delivered in the promise of excellence and quality. Some of the overages were due to our selections, but much of it was also due to your inability to estimate costs properly. Yes, we had a problem paying for some of the charges, but this was due to the fact that despite our efforts to work with you for months to determine how much more it was going to take to complete the project, your estimates were always wrong. Yes, we had difficulty coming up with cash for invoices that exceeded your estimates. So what is your point here? 3. The photos you share of a project (while under construction) are not examples of what your home looks like today. A Google Search on Rodrigo Padilla will show videos and photos of his lovely home. **Liz Davies those pictures are proof of your lack of management and craftsmanship. The pictures are also evidence of your finished product. Today yes, the house might look better and cleaner because we have been fixing little by little the mess you left. Also the design its attractive because you had nothing to do with it; it's our design. 4. Any photos we own were taken legally and remain property of ESD Homes. **Liz Davies, You had no permission to take any pictures while you were here. That was never discussed. What we discussed was when you submitted pictures, without our consent, of our bathroom to a magazine contest and I objected. 5. We did not stop work for any other reason than payments now past due in excess of SIX months ** Liz Davies, we didn't pay you your last invoice because there were multiple items on the punch list that you marked as complete that were, in fact, not complete. You also made zero progress in addressing the critical issues (e.g. master bathroom flooring, master bedroom lighting) that you stated would be addressed. So yes, we withheld payment because you were not doing the work you stated you would do or were claiming you had done. We told your attorney we were happy to pay for work done and would place the money in an escrow account to move forward, but you decided to put a lien on our home. Well done Liz Davies

This team has a sense of urgency, and professionalism that is hard to find in a property management company. I can't recall having a vacancy last even a month as they were able to find tenants quickly with a reliable payment history. When maintenance issues arose they were quick to notify me, present solutions, and hire the right individuals to resolve the issue. They are well versed in household repairs so they are able to keep the cost down and vendors accountable. They also kept the tenants happy throughout the repair process as well. I was fortunate to have this team work for me and would hire them again without hesitation. David, Steve, Nicholas, Jason and team did and continue to do an incredible job. On April 9, 2025, a water leak originating from the bathroom of the unit above mine -- managed by…read morethis property management company -- caused my ceiling to collapse. This has resulted in significant property damage that remains unresolved to this date. I contacted Nicholas at this company immediately following the incident. While the company did acknowledge responsibility for the damage caused by the unit they manage, they have since failed to follow through with any action. No repairs have been arranged, and I have not been offered any compensation for my damages despite their acknowledgment. This is the second time this same unit has caused damage affecting my property. A reputable property management company has a responsibility to ensure that the owners they represent maintain their units to an acceptable standard -- particularly when neglect directly harms neighboring residents. This company has acknowledged fault yet still failed to make it right. I am requesting that this company take immediate action to: 1. Follow through on their acknowledgment of responsibility and arrange for full repair of my ceiling and any related property damage. 2. Compensate me for all losses incurred as a result of this incident. 3. Take corrective measures to ensure this unit does not continue to cause damage to neighboring owners. This company's repeated failure to hold their clients to a basic standard of care -- and their inaction even after accepting responsibility -- is a serious concern that reflects poorly on their business practices. I am seeking the BBB's assistance in reaching a fair and timely resolution.
