This was all bad enough but they were incredibly rude and they blamed me for bringing it in stained, despite the fact that I had photos of me wearing it with no stains on it the day before I initially dropped it off. They kept saying it was my fault and refused to pay any sort of restitution. I now have a $200 brand new cashmere sweater that is completely ruined and am fairly heartbroken. I'll never come here again, and will be sure to tell others the same. I rarely leave reviews online but I feel compelled to now so that no one else has a similar experience.
