In this instance, the owner is not only trying to save face but he's pulling all sorts of hare brained accusations out of his backside. So since Yelp does not allow for the option of a direct reply in the "comments" section, my only recourse is to "update" this review. No, I did not go reapply a new tint before my last inspection, which was done at Mass Inspections and refreshingly no nonsense, trouble free. What I did do was, I dug up my old tinting papers and found that the original tint I had on my windows which Aris Auto claimed was in violation was actually AT the 35% Visible Light Transmission level that is legal minimum in the state of Massachusetts! *That* is why no other inspection place in my 7 years of living in this state had ever questioned it, nor have the police ever pulled me over for it. In fact, I see cars with darker tints all the time on the roads. Again: I would trust this establishment as far as I can throw it. And it amuses me that the owner brings up how long he's been in business as some sort of seal of integrity. Comcast has been around for 57 years, as a matter of fact...and it's one of the most widely and bitterly complained about companies in the US.

Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they "don't have time" even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He's clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to "be nice to his employees" if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told "I don't even have time to check." Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn't care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes.
