Colton came and did exactly what I needed , a car wash and paint sealant to prevent oxidation for 8 months. He charged exactly what he had quoted. He did a very careful and expert job. When I asked him if he would clean the interior windshield for $5.00 he wouldn't let me pay. I requested an interior detail for my Nissan kicks. It is my primary vehicle for trips with my dogs and was very dirty. Stains on the seats and hair all over the place. Colton is a very nice and ambitious man. Told him around dust from burning man and requested interior, exterior and engine detailing. My car was very dusty. I was quoted 125 for the service. When he arrived he complained about how the dust was very toxic and worried for his health. I am empathetic man, heard his concerns and wanted him to feel heard and respected, (and my car cleaned). I told him if he had had ever drank a soda it was far more acidic than this was alkaline and he had nothing to fear. The guy told me he would clean it for 300. I felt very disrespected and cheated but I needed the dust off my car. So I said fine. Once he "finished" I found dust all over my car and he seemed to forget that I wanted the outside of the car washed, so he washed the outside of the car. When he was finished the second time, I found dust on the rubber seals, in my doors, etc. he seemed to miss the detail part of the detailing. He also said "if you have any electrical issues in the future im not responsible." wtf.... Yes you are. I was going to refer him to the entire neighborhood (15+ clients) but I will never use this kid again and will never refer him. It was terrible. I'm concerned there is dust in places that I will never see and that will become a problem one day... read more
