They Completed almost none of the work they agreed to and rushed us through the final showing to get us to take delivery. when i got the camper home I realized the grey water tank was 3/4 full and the black tank was 1/2 full after they assured me the tanks were sanatized. absolutely do not do business with this company.

Even after we expressed our concerns about the non-communication it did not improve until we made a call and spoke to the sales manager. Dave was quick to rectify the situation. However, this left a bad taste in our mouth. Needless to say we will not be going back to this dealership for service or any needs we may have. He does outstanding good work for fair prices. Great family business: an RV campground, RV and parts sales, and full service of RVs. I get my travel trailer inspected and serviced here and also bought some tires. Kevin gave me sound advice, good and prompt service. The store is a little limited in accessories and fancy stuff, but they have absolutely every little part you could need. They have a complete catalogue and will order or special order anything for you and they stay on top of the order until received. Pleasant people to deal with. They have taken very good care of me. While with Gabby we expressed what we wanted to look at and we walked out to look at the two travel trailers we would have been interested in. We then went to the office and told her we can buy outright. She pushed us to finance it to then we found out we couldn't finance the travel trailer we really wanted. We checked out another trailer that was cheaper and stated we had the money for it yet again and was pushed for financing. Once we went to pick up the trailer we met with service and got it all hooked up and made sure everything was safe to roll down the road. Never to see Gabby again or even walk through the trailer before we signed papers or anything. We were new to trailer ownership and were not shown anything or told anything. Needless to say they left us in the dark and made sure anything couldn't come back to them for safety issues otherwise I felt it was a quick money maker for them. Not worried about the customer at all. I will not recommend them due to we have a lot of friends looking for trailers to now go with us and they to are new to trailers and wouldn't be told anything about how to work anything.

On April 21 while packing basement fell on previous tenants property, hit my head and back on a work bench, not ours. Needed to be taken to ER for staples in the back of my head. Only spoke with his son and receptionist. Mr. Ziegler finally returned from Florida last month. Was told we would get our deposit back. We were never late except the last month. He started working with a management company, did not even know they existed. We dealt solely with Mr. Ziegler. He kept our security and added another 600 dollars. Saying we ruined an already stained rug about 15 years old, left garbage was previous tenants, and broken window. This management company came two months after we moved out. Of course the place was dusty. They window was actually the cover of a ceiling light and plastic from when after 4 years he fixed the leaking roof and the plastic fell out of the light fixture with the water coming down. I have left messages no response for over two months to get this news. These people he hired to over see his properties had never once been in the apartment until this time. They didn't even know who I was. Mark my advice don't do business with him.

We had to overnight a check to pay or they surcharge you 15%, yes 15%, to use a credit card with all this nasty non-refundabale mumbo jumbo on the contract. I got over the contract and overnighting cash payment, but I can not get over the hidden charge. I will not go back.

The work initially looked good, but first heavy rain the area filled up with water again, so the leak obviously wasn't really fixed. Also, dewinterization left a valve open and antifreeze in the system. I reached out twice and haven't received any response regarding the repairs. I spent several thousand dollars but based on the incomplete work and lack of communication I wouldn't recommend anyone else do the same.
