He let them put the sedative in, then within seconds he shivered and tried to run back inside the house. He dropped to the ground with a look of terror, then tried to run back inside again and dropped down. He was "drunk" on "kitty ketamine" as she put it. I understand that every cat reacts differently, but after speaking to other vets, it wasn't supposed to be like that at all. This month we had to say goodbye to another one of our cats, and we used a different company with remarkable results.

They were very kind and told me that it may be a couple of days before I could come pick up her cremains, but 24 hours later I received an email to come pick her up. I chose to have her cremains kept in a beautiful blue bag rather than an urn. I chose not to get a paw print or hair clipping, though both were offered. She will be placed in my pet cemetery in my backyard. The professionalism and kindness of the employees by Fond Memories staff was so helpful in a difficult time.
