Dr. Birdwell came over this morning for my old pup's first acupuncture appointment. Dr. Birdwell kept Pita calm the entire time, whilst entertaining my 5 year old Golden Retriever's jealousy issues (haha),and could see an immediate difference in Pita's energy after the acupuncture. She got up with gusto and gave a big tail wag! Dr. Birdwell ordered us some herbs on the spot to help aid Pita's arthritis and we have a plan to getting her more comfortable without having to add a bunch of medications onto her already extensive heart medication routine. Thank you, Dr. Birdwell - we look forward to your visits in the future!! :) 10/5/2018 I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Birdwell. My sweet old girl had a very rough night and I knew it was time. I thought my chances of getting a mobile appointment were slim on such short notice, but Dr. Birdwell fit us in that morning and made it the most peaceful and easy transition for both me and my pup. Saying goodbye was not easy, but it would have been much more difficult had you not been there with us. Love to you, Dr. Birdwell. You're very dear to our hearts and we are so grateful for you!

For those whose pets maintain a position as a full-fledged family member and are more than just "the dog", Amy is the right choice for medical care and advice. She came into our world near the end of our dog's life and made the transition a far better experience than we have ever had before. The care we received from her was as much for us as for our Viki. A more compassionate doctor is not likely to be found. We will not be calling on anyone else from now on. Thanks, Amy.

Dr. Birdwell makes me feel good after my treatment and I love her! Gracie

Saying goodbye to my beloved dog of 11 years was something I had never experienced before, and I was completely unprepared for the emotional weight of it all. From my very first phone call, I was met with genuine kindness, patience, and sincerity. Every question I had was answered with such care and understanding--it truly felt like they were walking alongside me during this difficult time. When the doctor came to our home, their presence was calm, respectful, and incredibly compassionate. They treated my dog with such dignity and love, and they gave me the space and support I needed to say goodbye in peace. It meant more to me than I can ever express. Even afterward, the level of care continued. Picking up my dog's remains was handled with such grace and respect--it was clear that every step of the process was done with heartfelt intention and compassion. In a moment filled with so much pain, this team was a blessing. I truly believe God places people in our lives when we need them most, and they were exactly that for me. Their sincerity, kindness, and unwavering support brought comfort to my heart in a time of deep sorrow. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing the incredibly difficult decision of saying goodbye to a beloved pet. They go above and beyond in every way, and I will forever be grateful for the love and care they showed to both me and my dog.

He let them put the sedative in, then within seconds he shivered and tried to run back inside the house. He dropped to the ground with a look of terror, then tried to run back inside again and dropped down. He was "drunk" on "kitty ketamine" as she put it. I understand that every cat reacts differently, but after speaking to other vets, it wasn't supposed to be like that at all. This month we had to say goodbye to another one of our cats, and we used a different company with remarkable results.

Our kitty Farty started bleeding one day, stopped eating and moving. We took him to an emergency vet, and they basically said there was nothing they could do, and he was fine. After 3 days or trying to get to eat, drink, ect we, we feared that we would have to put him down. He was fading quickly, and we hated watching him suffer. My mom wanted to try and took him here, and thanks to the doctors collaborating and trying to figure out what was wrong, they were able to bring him back to his old self after weeks of care. He had a severe undiagnosed UTI, hyperthyroidism, and possible IBD. He was on deaths door, we were so heartbroken, and because of the caring of this vet, they were able to bring him back to his old self. I also recently brought my kitty Tiny in a panic due to her not keeping any food or liquid down, and they fit me in and were extremely understanding even though they were short staffed that day. This is the best vet I've been too and I always feel listened to, and I feel like they care about the animals so much. Every time I'm here, the phones are ringing off the hook, and I can see why. This is possibly the best vet in the area.
