I cannot recommend this business based on my experience…read more I want to begin by acknowledging that the owner was professional and respectful throughout this situation. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the handling of my case by the front desk staff. After my dog passed away, I was told I needed to complete a JotForm before the cremation process could begin. I informed the receptionist multiple times that I had never received the form and asked for it to be resent. During my first call, I was placed on hold for approximately 16 minutes and was assured it would be sent. By the following day, I still had not received it, so I called again. Rather than addressing the issue, the receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and was unwilling to listen as I tried to explain that I had never received the form. After more than a week with no updates or communication regarding my dog's remains, I was informed that the cremation would no longer be performed and that I would need to retrieve my dog's body instead. As a grieving pet owner, I found this deeply distressing. After my dog's body had been in their care for over a week, I was faced with the possibility of having to identify and transport her remains myself. This is an experience no family should have to endure, particularly when the delay resulted from a communication breakdown outside of their control. Compassion, clear communication, and professionalism are especially important when families are coping with the loss of a beloved pet. While I appreciate the owner's professionalism, the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled by the front desk left me disappointed and added unnecessary emotional distress during an already difficult time.

There was a large, peaceful waiting room, and we were able to see our cat and say goodbye until he went into the furnace. The staff were very gentle and professional. We were truly fortunate to find this place by chance. We ordered some memorial items as well. The paw and nose prints are so cute, and the fur keepsake in the jar is lovely. I didn't have my head straight when we discovered baby girl had passed and chose the first place for cremation on Google, which was a certain animal hospital that when we got there said we would get her back in a month. After a few days my husband and I decided that that was too long and we found eternal waters online, watched the video of the process and liked that it was more environmentally friendly than traditional cremation. And the fact that my baby girl loved swimming in lakes and beaches seemed like this was meant to be. Thank goodness they offer pickup from the other clinic we had her at. That would've been tough for us to do. Lilia was super sweet and understanding even with my weird request of sending me a photo of Lucy to make sure the right dog was picked up. But thank goodness she suggested me sending her a photo of Lucy so she can confirm during the pickup. That made it a lot less painful. She texted me immediately on pick up that it was 100% my baby girl. Told it would take about a week but it ended up being 2 weeks. It was worth it with all of the extra things we got to keep in her memory. I had asked for an impression of her front 2 paws, one of her feet became deformed as she got older, a single paw print, a nose print, and her different colors of fur in a jar which I was really impressed she got all of the colors because I had just groomed my baby before she passed and her fur was short. I will take my future babies and recommend them to people in the future. She was so kind and understanding during one of our hardest losses. Thank you!
