Our cat passed away around 4 p.m., and we had no idea what to do next. I came across this place and saw so many great reviews, so we called. They were very kind on the phone, and we decided to bring him in that same day. We selected a private plan with viewing. There was a large, peaceful waiting room, and we were able to see our cat and say goodbye until he went into the furnace. The staff were very gentle and professional. We were truly fortunate to find this place by chance. We ordered some memorial items as well. The paw and nose prints are so cute, and the fur keepsake in the jar is lovely. We called Briley and she came to collect Tiger on the day we called - which was a relief.
