I am sad to say this has been the worst "breakup" with a lash artist one could ever imagine. Here…read moreit goes. This is coming from someone who KNOWS what a cancellation can do to your wallet. I get it. But, seriously, people come first. I don't care if your "work" is 100%, 75%, or a total shit show-- if you show compassion and understanding for people, you will have repeat business. Not happening here. 1. Charged different prices for lash fills--- didn't matter if it was 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or maybe 3 hours. It was whatever she felt like charging with a nice 20-25% tip included each and every time. Willing to let it go.. I guess. I'm busy. 2. Unprofessional scheduling--- I'll let that go if that was the only complaint, but seriously, getting anything straight was a disaster. 3. THE BIG ONE. I had to cancel an appointment with 8 hours notice. Now, I wish it was because I was taking a beautiful all expenses vacay and well, gosh, just forgot the day I had the appointment. But no. I had a friend pass away from cancer yesterday-- only a year older than me with two young kids. They will not see another holiday with their mom, my friend. Not to mention, I have a very sick pet family member who needed to be seen by an emergency vet twice this week. Both have exhausted me financially, emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Probably not the best time to get your LASHES filled when you can't stop crying and your eyes are puffy? I don't know. Not a lash expert. Long story short. She wanted to charge me the full price for the appointment and I'm NOT okay with that--- I would have happily paid her for her NON time at half price... a luxury I wish I could demand when LIFE happens of my customers. Gosh darn.... wouldn't it be nice to schedule tragedy around super convenient times? Well, if you go with this lash artist expect ZERO grace!

She's the best! Very thorough and very kind during your service! The shape of her brows are unmatched! She does such an amazing job. Their new location is actually more convenient to get in and out of in my opinion.

I'd never tried eyebrow threading, but after noticing how great my friend's brows looked from…read morethreading, I decided to try it. She recommended the eyebrow station so I made the trip to the castle rock outlets where it's located. I was impressed with the price, speed and quality service I received at the eyebrow station. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, it was painless and so affordable. Only $12 and $10 extra if you want to add tint (I want to try this next time!). I have been paying $60 to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted at my salon and now it feels like a waste of money. I really like the natural look from threading; you don't have to worry about having too much taken off. To my surprise, she was able to get all of the little hairs off under my brown line, above and the unibrow area. I don't understand how it's so effective, but it is! My skin is very sensitive and I found that I reacted to threaded much better than waxing...I've even had abrasions from waxing before but this is a much gentler and ancient form of hair removal that has a lot of benefits. 10/10!

Unfortunately, I did not receive the Holistic Body Detox (Dry) - 80 Min treatment as advertised. It was not full-body--only about two-thirds of my legs were treated, and my stomach was skipped entirely. The dry brushing was so light that it barely touched my skin, so there was little to no exfoliation. The draping also made the experience awkward. When I turned over, the therapist held the blankets so tightly over me that it was difficult and uncomfortable to move beneath them. Finally, the towels smelled unclean, as though they hadn't been properly sanitized, which detracted from the spa experience. While I appreciated the kindness of both Celis and the manager, I still spent nearly two hours there and left disappointed because the service did not match what I had booked.

The building and rooms were very nice, but I don't think I'll be back. I spent over $100 more than the gift I received because of the additional services that were being sold. It really ruined the experience. Perhaps if you choose to go there...you could tell them up front...no extras and they wouldn't try so hard to sell more.
