So last night at 2am I discovered our long time central air had kicked the bucket....no problem…read moresince every day this week it been near or at 100 degrees. So I called an A/C service who said they would be there in the morning. They never showed but they finally called at 12:40 saying maybe tomorrow. Nope! Bubye...I called a local company...not a chain but a family business...with a receptionist who asked me to describe the problem. After hearing the issue she said it's probably a capacitor that costs about 32 bucks at Ace Hardware but if we come put it on there'd be a $450 charge. So I Googled and You Tubed...how do you fix a capacitor on a Trane A/C? After watching a couple...I went to Ace and bought a new capacitor...yanked the old one off and put the new one on...with a little bit of Jerry-rigging as it was skinnier than the old one and didn't fit the bracket...and voila! Air conditioner is humming along nicely!!! Saved a lot of money! Thanks Dorothy at Davey Heating and Cooling! It's nice to have great customer service even though I never used your service. Who does that any more! Well done!

Dorothy offered to schedule a tech that afternoon and then started running through the most common causes. With her on the line I found a blown fuse on the units motherboard and was able to replace it (props to Home Depot for having them in stock). Bottom line, she was polite, responsive AND helped me solve the issue over the phone at no cost. I will definitely call Davey Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I am not sure what you are even on about. You refused to take our phone call after we asked for a basic clarification of the charges, after having done literally nothing. We like working with honest professionals. Good luck out there dude. https://www.bbb.org/northwest/customer-reviews/plumber/all-phase-plumbing-heating-inc-in-conifer-co-23037719/add-comment?fb=409014&chk=49cc33 Original review (4-22-2021): While I don't doubt the level of knowledge and expertise that this company and it's employees have with plumbing, I can say very honestly that they don't hesitate for one second to squeeze every possible penny out of their customers and without warning. Furthermore they exhibited extremely unprofessional conduct, even after having paid them over $300 less than 24 hours prior. After being nearly three hours late to arrive, they charged us their full plumber's hourly rate of $325/hr for their drive time to (and from!) our house without telling us that this travel charge would apply. They were here for less than an hour, did an assessment, and then left saying they'd have to come back another day to do any repairs. So we paid them hundreds of dollars just to come out and not even fix the problem. If they had gotten here when they said they would, we might have had enough time to fix the problem then and there. When they left, my wife and I were in shock with the charges for basically having done nothing towards fixing the actual issue we had. We tried to talk through the charges on the spot, then felt obligated to just pay for it and send them on their way, as it was getting late. The next morning we called and asked for more clarity on the charges incurred, and also asked for some better communication and transparency as far as what else needed to be done, how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. They literally didn't even call us back. We called again the next day. Again, no response. No return call. We made a THIRD call to them and STILL received no return phone call. Not one single reply after leaving three very polite messages. How incredibly unprofessional. They saw the opportunity to do a quick cash grab from a couple of desperate people, and they took it. Then they left us completely high and dry when they realized we were unhappy. The craziest thing is, we paid less money to the people that actually fixed our plumbing issue than we did All Phase. If money is no issue for you, then you will probably do just fine with All Phase. But if you're on a tight budget, expect no mercy from these people. These are the plumbers that people warn you about. No transparency. No accountability. No customer care or concern. I can't wait to see their scathing reply to this review...

They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but they have great reviews so we trusted that and the people we spoke with for the estimate. They came out and it took two full days for them to finish the job. They worked 12 hour days and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Every time we had an issue (which were always small things) they came out within an hour or two. When the city inspector came out to give everything the ok, he said that they never have any problems with work done by 888. That was very reassuring. This year we had them come out to replace our other furnace and install another heat pump and smart thermostat. My house needs two furnaces but because of the requirements for tax incentives, we could only replace one per year. Tom, Omar, and Lee worked for two whole days and made sure everything was working perfectly. They made sure to put down drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement and into the furnace room so they wouldn't track in any snow or dirt. They were conscientious and hard working and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They addressed all of our questions and made sure we were happy before they left. They do still need to get us the frame that goes around our new thermostat but I'm sure that will be done soon.
