The service here is very SLOW and honestly, most of the makeup artists here are sub-par and yet have the gall to be super pretentious. I complained once to another artist at the MAC counter in Oakland and she actually wasn't suprised. Apparently she is the "head makeup artist" there and gets plenty of complaints about her co-workers. Just go to Somerset or Oakland. Northland is flatlining anyway. At least go somewhere with some people.

I figure I would rather wait with a shorter drive then to wait and spend additional money on gas. Boooo!!! I recommend checking out this MAC counter.
