Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

The rep, Steven, did text beforehand to let me know his appointment had started late and likely would not make it until noon. No problem. However come 1220, I still had not heard anything so I called and left him a message. Around 1230-1240, still radio silence so I called the main office. The lady said she would message him and get back to me. Still nothing. Around 110 pm I called the lady who said she had gotten ahold of the sales representative who was having car issues. I found the whole experience extremely disappointing. While I am sympathetic towards car issues, I can't understand why nobody would reach out to let me know what was going on. She rescheduled me for Tuesday but it left a bad taste in my mouth how the situation was handled. Now it's 120 PM and I wonder if I had not reached out, if anybody would have bothered to let me know the sales representative was not coming. This company was sent out since I had contacted Costco but not much confidence has been inspired by these limited interactions

Ordering was fairly straightforward and they were transparent about delivery times & scheduling the install. No upsells or weird sales tactics - just materials & labor at a straightforward price. Installation was superb. Frank(?) and his sons came to install most of it, and we were especially thankful they were thorough with eliminating squeaks in the underlying floorboards (when they could). The overall quality of the job was great. At no extra charge to us, they replaced the noses of our stairs since they found them a bit weak & squeaky once they took the old carpet off. Happy with the Mohawk SmartCushion underlayment as well - I don't think we had a choice here but feeling it now with our Fabrica carpet, it's great. Highly recommended for a seamless, straightforward experience!

I was not looking for that. I needed colorful tile options. They carry one example of that but it wasn't what I was looking for. The staff is undertrained. After my experience at La Mesa Flooring I found Rayo who had everything I needed and within two days had all of my tile ready to go.
