I'm really disappointed to be updating my original 5-star review, because my first experience with this company was fantastic which is exactly why I booked them again. Unfortunately, this second visit was extremely frustrating. I was quoted $199 for cleaning my couch and ottoman after sending photos. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up late and at the wrong address, even though I had clearly mentioned I had a meeting at 9am. That already threw off my morning. I also had a very small carpet stain nearby maybe 5" x 5" and asked if he could do a quick clean on it. I was surprised to be charged $25 for something that took almost no time. Then, once he was already inside my home with all his equipment set up, he told me the quote would actually be $253, not the $199 I had been given. At that point I felt completely stuck. I hadn't budgeted for that kind of jump, and it honestly left a really sour taste in my mouth. The technician himself was polite, but the experience overall felt misleading and left me out of pocket. I used them to clean two barrel chairs. They ripped one and both had streaks. I was told when they dried the streaks would go away. That never happened. I was told by the owner and his sister they were insured. They aren't doing anything about my two ruined chairs. I sent an email and never got a response. The owner and his sister took pictures of the damages. They need to be re upholstered at the cost of $1500. They are not a responsible company and don't live up to their word for repairs. Everyone stay away from them and I will report my experience to the police. Have an appointment from 2-4pm. They showed up at 5:15pm and in rush . I booked 2 rooms for $59( but the work is actually 1 room) . He said that my carpet is dirty and charged another extra $20 ($79 for 1 room). While Im thinking about 20$ extra, he set up his machine and start vacuum( only vacuum, nothing else)the place for about 5-10 mins, then He said he is done the job, he cannot clean my carpet and charged me $59. He was being aggressive, and demand money . I was scare and end up paid him $40 for 5-10 mins vacuum my carpet. He took my $40 cash in my hand then He started cursing and threating me . Terrible service. I should have checked their history and reviews before getting my carpet cleaned with these guys. First, i had an appointment at 3pm but they waited until 5 min before 3pm to tell me they'll be late. They arrived over an hour later. The main guy looked at my apartment and said it will take 45min for them to clean my carpet. Literally 5 mins later, they tell me they're done and to check if everything looks good. I was surprised and I checked my carpet but couldn't tell if the spots are gone or not. This in and of itself tells you how deceiving they are because you can't really tell if the carpet was cleaned right until it dries. I paid them and off they went. The same day as the carpet started to dry I noticed that it looks exactly the same (minus a few spots), the areas that were really dirty, mainly the hallway and by the door were really dirty still. So I called them back and asked that they come fix it. They said they will come Monday at 4pm. Monday comes and the guy texts me (not even call) at 4:15pm saying he can't come because he's stuck in a big job and that they will have to come another day. They didn't take in consideration the time it took out of my day to wait for them the first time and second time. They never attempted to call or follow up, they just never contacted me again. I'm pretty much left with the same dirty carpet because this deceiving company lies to its customers. Pls do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys because they'll just steal your money and leave your carpet almost as dirty as it was. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more
