Best cheesesteak in West Philadelphia, top 10 in the whole city. Buffalo chicken, philly special, classic, they're all stuffed with flavor on the best bread in town. The other stuff on the menu- wings, fries, pizza- are all good as well, and most of the area is around the same price point for appetizers and such. Definitely more worth it that some places just because the portions are great and leftovers are a certainty! Most recently I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and the platter was huge. Took me 3 tries to finish the whole thing and the sauce was flavorful, the spaghetti wasn't over cooked and it was a great choice for take out! I don't live on that block anymore, but sometimes I miss the wings and cheesesteak Sundays I'd have with Colonial Pizza.

Small cheese pizza with extra sauce

Colonial pizza is very good when you in the mood for something like cold cut or sandwiches. My favourites from them personally is their clubs like their chicken club and tuna and egg clubs, their so good I get so indecisive I literally a flip a quarter to pick which one. Their turkey hoagies are banging too If you a stone cold turkey hoagie fan. Listen their wraps are good, quesadillas, and their side orders like pizza fries, mini tacos, and colonial fries are good. So If your in Southwest or West this is one of those spots that you can have delivered and would appreciate. They decent. One more thing, their delivery guys cool as hell too so they deserve tips although I always tip anybody regardless.

Let me start off saying I'm a pizza carnosaur, i love pizza. So my cousin always talks about this place sauce and their pizza, i had food from here about 9 years ago and it was just ok. But i tried today and man.. it was bangin, the sauce is nice and zesty not overly sweet but nice and flavorful. The Staff was super friendly as well i think i found my go to place for a nice Pie.

Great food and drinks. Good NY style pizza, must try. My personal favorite drink is the chocolate milkshake.

Pizza was pizza. I would order the pizza again. Pepperoni really helps takes a mediocre pizza to the next level.

Cheesesteaks and delivery were both excellent. The mozz sticks could've been cooked another 1-2 minutes.

Lemon, aperol and simple syrup added a refreshing twist. For entrees, my wife ordered the pacherri; a simple pork ragu with tender broccoli rabe, Parmesan, stracciatello and basil. The dish was delicious. I enjoyed my plate of sea-inspired tonnarelli nero. Bay scallops in crab ragu with fennel sofrito. Served with squid ink pasta that imparted a slight brininess. The pasta was cooked pangrattato style-- coated in panko bread crumbs and garlic. The dish had many flavors but they all came back to the theme. Cocktail prices and entree prices were very reasonable. They offer happy hour drinks and specials. Certainly a very good choice if you're in the area.

Been going here even before the location switch. here's a recent run down…read more Tomato Pie: Huge fan. four slices. I personally would order this as my meal if I could. room temp, oily, good crunch to soft ratio. Judion Beans: good beans. they are on a similar wavelength as butter beans. honestly I get them for the table for the extra bowl of oil at the bottom to dip the crusts in. Creamy Oregano Salad: very interesting. small shaves of mushroom and fennel. very slight bitter taste. oddly addictive. the olives were my favorite part. i'd consider these friendly olives to those suspicious of olives. and the olives are cut in halves, so easy to pick out. so are the mushrooms. easy split for a table of four. beyond that i'd get two. *ADD ON* pickled chilies: very good. I suggest adding this to the pie. they are green, spicy, delicious, absolutely lovely. Corn Pizza: all together very delicious. my favorite part are the cherry tomatoes on top, which I would really like to be an add on option to other pies. they are the perfect flavor and size. i'm not particularly a tomato fan, especially whole. these are a rare exception. Classic Pizza?: solid, no notes. good as always. My only wish is that they offered a sauce to dip my crust in. they have very good crust, perfect ration of crispy and fluffy. just needs a sauce. Overall, great service, the manager greeted us to check on our meal, our server was attentive, the vibe is great inside.

I loved the burrata! Super creamy and well complemented by the umami flavor of the mushrooms. Mains: Pizza Arrabbiata and Roasted Peppers Pizzas - Both were delicious! If you liked spicy, you'll love the arrabbiata. The cream and cherry pepper vinaigrette on the red pepper pizza was so perfectly savory with a hint of acidity. If you have to go with one, I vote for the red pepper pizza.

We got the gnarlic knots which were decently tasting, but since it was to go, we didn't check it before it left. They didn't put on the parm-romano cheese and they didn't include the garlic dipping sauce. It just seemed like the running around not knowing who was going what led to oversight. I was immediately seated upon arriving to Pizzeria Vetri. I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, at a table, or at the pizza counter. I chose the pizza counter so that I could watch staff making pizzas. As I was there on my own, the serving staff continued to stop by and check on me.
