I was charged $10 per sleeve, but upon picking up my order, I was told that the other sleeve wasn't so bad and I was being refunded for that sleeve. I took a look at the stitching when I returned home and was absolutely horrified at what I found. I'm not a seamstress, but I quite literally could have done this myself. The work was not high quality at all. It did not even remotely resemble the original stitching. It looked like she just worked the thread around a few of the original stitches and called it a day I could have done that at home with my own needle and thread instead of embarking upon nothing short of an adventure just to be able to find this place. This was definitely not worth the money and I do not plan to return.

Not one thing is express about that! We settled on Wednesday after 4pm which is still pretty much Thursday, but slightly better. My second surprise was the charge, for the pressing of these four dresses I was charged over $42, yup you read that right. I probably should've walked out then, but I decided to give them a try. My dresses were ready at the agreed upon time and pressed nicely, but was it worth over $10 per dress, absolutely NOT. I have since just switched to Zips and three dresses pressed only costed me the price of one dress at Dryclean Express and they were ready the next day, before the promised time, that's express to me! I ask for no starch and almost without fail my shirts are not starched, but still well ironed. Some cleaners use a machine to press dress shirts and it causes a lot of broken buttons. In all the years I have been a customer here (over 14 years!!!) I've only had one or two buttons to be broken and even then they made sure to replace them. The prices are very reasonable and most days you can get same-day service even if you don't make it in before nine. They also do a good job with dry cleaning although the prices are higher then discount places like Zips, but the quality and care they take with your clothes is more than worth the extra price. This cleaners really excels at alterations and specialty items like formal wear. The seamstress is a master at measuring and sewing. The staff is always nice without fail and they have never lost or damaged an item of my clothing. Would that they had longer hours, but even 7:30 PM is more than reasonable. Overall a solid five stars.

When I came in I tried my dress on she did the chalking and knew exactly what it is I was asking for. We discussed it for about 20 minutes. Trying to get it just right. Off the bat she told me it will be $150. As if that wasn't outrageous enough for him, she went on to explain textures and surgeon what we need to be done because of the material and how wide it is. And me being naïve I said OK. Even though my sisters spoke highly against it and we're a little bewildered at the price. They help me cover the cost. I go to pick it up today, later then I asked because I volunteer to do her a favor, due to the prom season. She was delighted to oblige. And offered a 10% discount for it and to pay cash. Anyhow, I pick up my dress and it's cut. JUST CUT! Oh I was trying to explain to her, has she let me know when I came in that a him was not possible I would have left my dress as is and went on about my business. I believed that what I asked could be done and that's why I left it there. She yelled at me. Going on about her level of experience and her following the natural fibers. It's cut. Just cut.. They clean onsite as opposed to sending your clothes elsewhere to be cleaned. I had two expensive, white dresses of different fabrics and shades of white cleaned here and they did an excellent job. The garments were well cleaned, no loose strings or anything. Also, the shades of white returned like new. This will be my go to cleaners for now. They do a very good job (and yes, you should expect to pay more to ensure you get your cloths back in excellent condition).
