Her dad tried being a way-out-of-his-league mechanic every time her car just decided it needed to rest for a bit in the driveway. That car had schädenfreude making our lives h-e-double hockeysticks. Last Thursday my daughter and I were fed up with waiting for... for him to MaGiCaLlY discover and fix the problem. So I went searching for the best mechanics in the 'Burg (is that still the cool thing to say?). The overall consensus was Eagle Eye Automotive Williamsburg. I called them up and spoke with this über awesome guy named Ryan there and explained our saga. He confidently said, "I'll fix it no problem. Bring it in. I got you, fam." (Not an exact quote.) Sold. Tow it there. Friday he discovers the problem. Easy fix, apparently. He did indeed have us as fam. Monday that old lazy car was all ready to go. Price was very reasonable. Ryan was one awesome mechanic and person in general. So... TL;DR Go to Eagle Eye Automotive to get your broke down car/truck/SUV/whatever squared away and Ryan and that crew will handle it like the highly competent (and cool) mechanics they are.

I asked him why he needed that and he said so he could look my car up. I told him I didn't have it with me and told him the make, model and year of my car. He told me he didn't want to work on it because of the parts, hassle and his technicians couldn't handle older European cars. Seriously? Total crap business. Initially, I came in for brake pads and an oil change. However, I received a call from Jeremy, who informed me that they had broken my brake sensor, which would delay my pickup. While frustrating, I thought, "Okay, things happen." Fast forward to the following week when I returned to pick up my car. Jeremy was nowhere to be found, and I was left dealing with a rude mystery man with no name tag. He claimed that my calipers had been replaced, which I knew was false. As we reviewed the receipt, I noticed I was being charged for the brake sensor that they broke. The mystery man insisted that I had to pay the full amount and promised to call me the next morning after he spoke to the service staff. Spoiler alert: no call came. When I reached out the next day, Jeremy refused to answer my questions, and Daniel acted as a middleman, spewing blatant lies. He claimed the sensor was never broken and that they had to "move numbers around" on my bill because of an alleged discount. To top it off, he had the audacity to say that the sensor was already broken when I brought the car in, despite Jeremy's earlier admission of their mistake. The brake light had been off prior to my visit, so Daniel's excuse made no sense. After refusing to talk to me directly, I was told, "Do whatever you want! Call corporate, it doesn't matter; our business is done, and your money is spent." This was said by Daniel, with Jeremy coaching him from the background. I paid over $1200 for subpar service and left feeling disrespected. As an active duty Air Force officer, I expected better treatment from a supposedly reputable establishment. I would not recommend this Meineke location to anyone.

I found a shop that is honest, efficient, and the best place to take my vehicle for service. I was recently in for an auto inspection and regular service (fluids check, oil change, filters check, tire rotation. The vehicle didn't pass inspection because it needed 2 new tires. The technician actually took me under the vehicle to show me the condition of my tires. He recommended replacing all 4 tires but only 2 were necessary to pass inspection. I ended up replacing all 4 tires and after discussing tire options with a technician, I went with his honest recommendation (which was not the most expensive option). I've taken my Sienna into Toyota previously and I was usually given "recommendations" that amounted to almost $1,000. Ladies - if you're looking for place without the male posturing or misogynistic attitude, give this shop a try. This shop has my business from now on. I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

My Car was taken there for inspection .. they hit it car with one of their cars .. instead of them sending the car to a detail shop and having them fix the car .. Harry wanted to take cheap way out and fix the car himself (once done he gave no warranty on his work) then told me he is not a body shop he is inspection shop ( okkkk) .. he did fix it after 20 days ( wow! The car was there for 15 min inspection ) I called everyday and he kept telling me the car was not a priority to them !( wow! Even when they hit the car ) He kept telling me he was not liable ( really , his employee hit the car) I asked if he is not liable then why is his fixing the car .. he told me out of the goodness of his heart (really , lol) .. I told him I was going to call his insurance company .. he told me he has 5k deductible and he would rather give me 500$ for the car .. ( is this is what he thinks of others property ) In order to get that car fixed I had to threaten to sue him .. after that was said the car was repaired in less than 24 hours .. Harry is a complete mess .. he inspects cars and gives hot inspection stickers.. I know he does this because that's the whole reason the car was sent there was to get a "hot sticker " .. this was my 70 year old aunts car , I had to get involved when she couldn't get her car back after 20 days !!!!
