An experience that I never want to relive. After 84 days, I finally received my car back. However, the story doesn't end there as the receipt of my car included over spray, steering wheel that was not aligned, gaps that are not within tolerance of the original vehicle, and missing parts that cannot be seen without a closer investigation. This included several supplemental claims with my insurance, issues with timeliness where the rental wasn't covered, and myself having to do a lot of leg work. Overall, I am not impressed as I feel that myself and my insurance company was swindled out of a lot of money. Even after the owner Aaron said he would help with my deductible because of the countless problems, I still had to pay the full amount. This business was amazing! We thought this was just a body repair but found out it is much more than that. We have gone back to custom our vehicles such as wraps, custom items and accessories. The techs and managers very good, friendly, keep you informed at every stage of the process and are interested in you the customer. I highly recommend this place. This is a follow up review with my experience with collision stop. My Honda Civic was painted here due to a paint warranty extension that honda issued. At first glance my car had some orange peel which I brought up to their attention and they gladly took my car in a re buffed the entire car. The staff was very friendly, I went into the office with my daughter and they quickly offered us water and candy for my little girl which gave her a big smile. Collision stop would be a easy 5 star had I not had to take my car back for a rebuff. With that said I trust these guys to handle my paint job in the future. Super nice staff and good work. The paint also matched great to a factory lip that i ordered from honda! I will post photos of the car when I get back in town. read more

It is always horrible to get into a car accident with an uninsured motorist. Yes, even in today's world we have to deal with it. It was even worse dealing with the insurance company. Cars worked on: 2015 Challenger 2005 Equinox 2015 Challenger: Had major dents on the vehicle that were removed. They did such a good job that I can't even remember where they were on the car anymore. Everyone was very helpful, they completed the work very quickly and everyone who saw the car before and after were very impressed by the work. 2005 Equinox: Had an old vehicle that was a daily driver that needed a makeover. Decided to do a full vehicle plastidip paint job. To anyone who has an older car that is no longer easy on the eyes, I can not recommend enough to get it dipped. Not only do I get compliments all the time in 2019 about my 2005 equinox, but many of the mechanics who perform maintenance work on the vehicle always compliment the paint job. Took my Ford Escape to get fixed after some random person hit us. Their insurance sent a check for a rental and repairs. Collision Stop took care of letting them know it would need some extra repairs and days for the rental car. It only took longer because they found more damage after removing the fender and bumper cover. It looks and runs great. They gave it a very thorough cleaning and polish. Looks great! read more

I took my car in for a cosmetic repair after an auto accident. The damage was entirely cosmetic and I'd been driving my car for 2 weeks after the accident before I took it in. The staff was very nice and made me feel very welcomed, and that's why I chose them for my repair. My car spent a little more than 3 weeks there getting repaired, which was twice as long as they'd originally estimated. When I finally went to pick up my car, it wouldn't start and someone had to jumpstart it. When I voiced my concern, they told me it was probably because someone had left the door open in my car and the battery had died. It sound believable and they had washed and vacuumed my car (thumbs-up!), so I took my car home. On the way home I noticed my car was making a weird loud noise. The next day I tried turning on my car and it wouldn't start either. It never started again after I received my car from Collision Stop. I had to go buy a new battery and take it in to get the noise fixed. While the staff was very nice and they returned my car in a clean state, they took twice as long to fix my car than they'd said. I don't know what happened to my car during the 3 weeks at collision stop, but greater care could've been taken with it, and they should've been sure to return my car with less problems than when I took it in. Especially given that I was having no mechanical problems with my car until I took it to them. read more

*UPDATE* I spoke with Aaron (the owner) and let me just say, the guy is stellar. He went above and beyond to make everything right; my car looks almost brand new again. He showed me that as a company, they value their customers and stand behind the work they deliver. After dealing directly with him, I'm confident in the quality of the work I received and would receive in the future. Miguel did apologize and I believe the initial situation was just an isolated incident. I'd definitely recommend this shop and would also consider working with them again in the future knowing now how serious they are about the service they provide. Thanks again Aaron! ************************************************ The insurance company from the lady that hit me had a list of preferred shops and after having researched the reviews on each one, I took my car here based on the review rate however I had FAR from wonderful service. I spoke with Miguel, the rep that works directly with the lady's insurance company. He assured me that they would take care of everything and I left feeling reassured. After they had my car for 2 1/2 weeks, it was returned to me with a "replaced" bumper but in the 11 mile drive home from their shop, my bumper was already falling off again. Come to find out the bumper wasn't replaced but instead repaired. The piece that was broken when I took it in was still broken in the exact same place and the inside of the bumper was covered in fiberglass patches showing where they attempted to repair the cracks. I immediately took it back and Miguel began with the excuses. "The manufacturer must've sent me a defective bumper," "I've never seen anything like this on a new bumper." I dropped it back off Thursday, he tells me he's going to order another bumper and that it should be there the next day, they'll paint it and should have my car back to me by Monday. He called me the next morning and tells me that he contacted the manufacturer and got after them for having sent a defective bumper but that a new one was on the way and he'll get back to me when it's ready. I told him that I know the bumper wasn't replaced and I'm not sure why he would say it was. He ignores my comment and tells me they'll get it done ASAP. A week later I'm calling to get an update since we're past the time frame I was given and I'm told it should be ready to be picked up in 30 minutes. Miguel now says that his shop guy that was working on my car apparently got confused the first time around and instead of replacing my bumper attempted to repair it. So which is it, a defective bumper from the manufacturer or an incompetent repair guy? He tried to say that he wasn't aware that they didn't replace my bumper when that's what he was under the impression they were supposed to be doing. I reminded him of the conversation we had when I first dropped off my car and he said they were going to repair the bumper. I had asked him if that was possible since it was so cracked and he was positive it could be repaired. I even pointed out that the receipt he gave me when I picked it up said "repair" on the bumper so why is he STILL trying to tell me that it was replaced? Also, if the bumper was never replaced the first time, what happened to the bumper that was ordered? I asked him these questions and his response was that yes, he initially said to repair the bumper but then told them to replace it instead because the damage was much to be repaired. Also they had a new parts guy who was always returning stuff so basically my bumper was returned and Miguel never knew that it wasn't put on my car. I told him that his stories don't add up. Either he's flat out lying to me to save face, or he's not on top of what's going on in the shop which makes me wonder what else didn't get done on my car. Either way, it's a business that I will NEVER work with again and I would NEVER recommend anyone else to. My car was actually in worse shape when I picked it up than when I dropped it off to them. I found areas that he said were fixed that weren't. The door still has paint missing and a ding in it from where it was rubbing on the fender but the receipt shows it as being repaired. I'll definitely be contacting the insurance company and requesting for someone to review my car and the receipt to see what other damages didn't get repaired that were paid for.
