Had two experiences with Eagle. 1) late model sports car needed to be fixed from a crash. Car was put back together well. Chris cut labor cost to me to ensure cost stayed under limit for uninsured driver allowance. Further, Chris the owner helped me sell it for a decent price. 2) during this time purchased an exotic car from Chris out of the showroom. The car at that time needed a number of fixes including some rewiring, new switches, new hydraulic pump to remove top, a battery setup that bleeds the battery dry in less than 2 weeks, a battery that is not appropriate for the car. When purchased most of the issues were known and communicated. The car was left for the summer to be serviced and have several of these issues fixed. I returned three months later to no changes, and was told several pieces ordered were lost and never found or replaced. Further, I was told the car has been partially fixed. That ended up being a lie. I thereafter spent 9 months trying to get my car taken care of. This included calls, emails, and texts at reasonable intervals. Despite attempts to be understanding, to get the necessary parts ordered and the car serviced, and to generally be proactive, I was eventually ghosted entirely with no explanation. If you go here expect never to hear back regarding your car, work to be lower quality than expected given the types of cars worked on at Eagle, and a difficult non-customer-oriented staff. read more

Hello, I must give my experience with Eagle Auto. My car has been in their shop for over 3 years. I have a 1991 Porsche 928. Originally, my car went in for routine timing belt and water pump service. My family drove the 928 into the shop. Christopher Dominguez (shop manager and owner) talked me into getting all this other work done (a total restoration of the car). I was skeptical at first due to previous service. Eagle Auto took months to fix a previous issue. I agreed to getting it done. He asked for a certain percentage upfront. I ended up giving him $6000. I knew something was up when I asked for a copy of the charges and I didn't receive it. Time went by and he has given excuse after excuse after excuse. He blew by dates he promised to deliver the vehicle. I wanted to give my son the car for his birthday. He promised to deliver. It never happened. Here we are today and I still don't have my car. Please don't take your car to his shop unless you need an oil change. And, then you may have to wait several weeks. read more

I would love to give a positive review of the service for this garage but sadly I didn't make it past the very pointed and rude receptionists. I called to have service and warranty work done on my Jaguar and I was told they don't take appointments to make it easier for you to drop off your vehicle and it could only be done at 8:30am. Also when I asked if there was a garage in the area with a more accommodating customer service model regarding appointments and timing they became very aggressive. Getting a foreign car serviced in the valley is difficult but at this particular garage its a critical challenge. read more

Insurance agent recommended I tsend My vehicle there for collision repairs. I was told it would take 2-3 wks for the repair. A month later I was told they still hadn't gotten parts for it. I called several times and was told the service advisor would call me which never happened. 5wks and it's barely being worked on and "getting ready to be prepped for paint". So it'll be about another week or so. DO NOT SEND YOUR VEHICLE THERE. Rude staff. Business doesn't care about you or your vehicle. Insurance policy only covered rental for 30 days and now I'm having to pay for the rental. read more

After driving by a few times and noticing the Land Rover vehicles out front I looked them up to see what type of business they were. I expected to find an accessory type business. I was glad to see they were a complete automotive repair shop. I took my LR4 there for an oil change and found a couple of things wrong. The fact that I had just picked it up from the dealer service shop and nothing was said surprised me. Chris explained the problems how and why they happen. I am glad to have found a shop that is meticulous as I in caring for the vehicle. There was a repair of a water pump done around 3 months ago at another shop in San Antonio.
