Update to original review. Originally gave them 1 star, but they made it right and fixed my car, at…read moreno additional cost to me. I appreciate their willingness to make it right. ***original post below**I usually brought my Silverado here, & since my Camry needed work, I brought it here instead of the dealership. My original complaint (and still current complaint) was the front end was wobbly upon braking & at 60 MPH. Also needed oil change. 1st visit: original complaint above and their recommendations were: Alignment $89.99; Brake fluid flush $76.90; Radiator plus hoses $406.49; engine air filter $32.96; cabin filter $43.94; valve cover & gasket $98.87; rear brake pads $85; resurface rear rotors $59; PCV valve $32.96 total after labor, taxes & hazmat $1761.71 and the thing still wobbles. 2nd visit for same problem: Front brakes $85; resurface front rotors $59; total after labor, taxes, & hazmat $250.88 ***Come to find out, they only test drove it on the street, & NOT on the highway like I stated in the original problem*** 3rd visit for same problem: NOW they test drive with me in the car, and see what I'm talking about. Now they tell me that ALL the rims are bent. Quote me $772.96 for new rims. Not doing it. I have been completely and utterly robbed of my ability to choose repairs needed for my situation. Family has 2 vehicles. I drive my son to & from school 13 miles one way everyday. Because they did not listen to me & test the car on the highway originally, I am going to have $200 more in gas costs a month since I will have to drive my truck & not the car. If they did it right the first time, I could have decided to wait on all the extra repairs above & beyond what my main issue was. Now, I don't have that option.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This is by far the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. Let me first start…read moreoff by saying, my husband brought his keep there in November, because it wouldn't turn over. They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a mechanic at this Jiffy Lube location…read more I brought my GMC Yukon in running, with a specific issue they told me would cost around $1,000 to fix. I trusted them and approved the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready in one day, but that was not true. They delayed the job for five days, giving excuses and misinformation the entire time. After finally picking up my vehicle and paying, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, my Yukon completely broke down. My wife was left stranded on the road just 2 miles away. I had to pay for a tow truck immediately. I have photos, videos, and records of everything. When I called the shop, they stopped answering. Once I finally got a response, their explanation was that there was "another leak" and now the transmission was damaged. Their solution? Charge me an additional $1,800 in labor for a problem that clearly happened right after their work -- and refuse any kind of warranty or responsibility. One of their mechanics, Ruben, even told me to "go cry to the owner" if I wanted help. That was their level of professionalism. This situation turned my working vehicle into a major breakdown within minutes of leaving their shop. I have all the proof and will be filing complaints with the BBB and taking legal action. I strongly warn anyone considering this location: be very careful. I would not want anyone else to go through what my family and I experienced.

I called at 9am asking if they could do my car and they said absolutely! Super easy to bring in same day. It was a little on the pricey side (I paid $400) but trusted the process as my car had CAKED on dog slobber and hair from my 160lb Saint Bernard. The guys were professional and very friendly explaining everything to me and what they were going to do. I got my air vents cleaned out, steamed carpets, and the inside of my car completely cleaned out! Also they waxed the outside and cleaned the outside. I was very pleased with the final result! Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Had a nice waiting room as well! I can't comment on timing because I dropped my car off so I didn't "wait". Dropped off at 10am and picked up at 3:30pm.

I googled to see who could offer this service and I wasn't getting any answers. I decided to call Grease Monkey to see if they offered this service since I've been here before for a carwash and I know they also do other things. Luckily they said they could shampoo the inside. It was pricey but totally worth it. Yes, the wait times are also long. I've caught up on my reading while waiting for my car. I've gone next door to eat at Applebee's. They also have free WiFi, so that's a good way to waste your time while waiting. I know they sell food there, but I've never tried it. And I don't use many public restrooms, but I like the privacy of the women's restroom because they're separated by doors, not stalls.
