They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! AND... the horn, lights, and signals don't work now!

The mechanic tells me they stop doing inspections at 5:00 and there are two vehicles already checked in. Fair enough. I tell him I'll be back Tuesday. Everyone deserves a lunch break. I go back in an hour and one last time asked for an inspection. The mechanic tells me he's about to leave because he hasn't gone out to lunch yet. I asked him why he didn't just inspect my car when I was there before and his answer is "I didn't know I'd be staying". No sense of professionalism. No common courtesy. After years of doing business with this company all I got was apathy and attitude. Three different visits to this location in two days and I can't get a simple state inspection done. I will never bring any of my vehicles here again.

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a mechanic at this Jiffy Lube location…read more I brought my GMC Yukon in running, with a specific issue they told me would cost around $1,000 to fix. I trusted them and approved the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready in one day, but that was not true. They delayed the job for five days, giving excuses and misinformation the entire time. After finally picking up my vehicle and paying, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, my Yukon completely broke down. My wife was left stranded on the road just 2 miles away. I had to pay for a tow truck immediately. I have photos, videos, and records of everything. When I called the shop, they stopped answering. Once I finally got a response, their explanation was that there was "another leak" and now the transmission was damaged. Their solution? Charge me an additional $1,800 in labor for a problem that clearly happened right after their work -- and refuse any kind of warranty or responsibility. One of their mechanics, Ruben, even told me to "go cry to the owner" if I wanted help. That was their level of professionalism. This situation turned my working vehicle into a major breakdown within minutes of leaving their shop. I have all the proof and will be filing complaints with the BBB and taking legal action. I strongly warn anyone considering this location: be very careful. I would not want anyone else to go through what my family and I experienced.
