I've been coming to this location for many years and have always appreciated the convenience and…read moreservice. Unfortunately, over the last few times I've noticed a significant decline. The biggest issue is that every visit now feels like a sales pitch instead of an oil change. During my most recent visit, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase additional services. I politely declined, but I was asked again multiple times about injector cleaning and other expensive add-ons. After saying "no thank you" several times, it became frustrating. The price has also increased dramatically. My oil change was $131 this time, roughly $40-45 more than my last visit. I understand that prices go up, but the increase, combined with the constant upselling, made the experience feel like poor value. What disappointed me most was the lack of concern when I mentioned that I've been a loyal customer for many years. I explained that I wasn't happy with the direction the business has taken, but the response was essentially, "Okay," with no interest in understanding why or trying to retain a long-time customer. I realize management may have changed, but the customer-focused service that kept me coming back for years just doesn't seem to be there anymore. It's disappointing because this used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll be looking for a new shop for future oil changes.

The mechanic tells me they stop doing inspections at 5:00 and there are two vehicles already checked in. Fair enough. I tell him I'll be back Tuesday. Tuesday at 1:15 I drove up and again asked for an inspection. The mechanic says they had a busy afternoon and he's about to leave for lunch. He tells me to come back in an hour. Fair enough. Everyone deserves a lunch break. I go back in an hour and one last time asked for an inspection. The mechanic tells me he's about to leave because he hasn't gone out to lunch yet. I asked him why he didn't just inspect my car when I was there before and his answer is "I didn't know I'd be staying". No sense of professionalism. No common courtesy. After years of doing business with this company all I got was apathy and attitude. Three different visits to this location in two days and I can't get a simple state inspection done. I will never bring any of my vehicles here again.

They entered up saying there was an electrical issue. They had to build a box for the wiring. Okay, I'm good with that. Until then they said now it won't shit off and wanted to charge us more to figure out why. Obviously, they crossed wires somewhere. Today after being overcharged for the work they did ( lack of a better term) we got the jeep back. They left the washer fluid tank out, they didn't put the dashboard back on! The front desk was personable and was happy that I was doing business with them. It is unfortunate to say however that today was a very different than my previous experience with doing business. The customer service associate who shall remain anonymous left me shocked at their extremely poor customer service. Very short with their words and extremely unfriendly. I don't know if employees receive a formal customer care training but it may be advisable for Human Resources to consider a required training. I do not think that this situation is A-typical as my father received the same treatment from the same customer service associate on a previous service needed. This is just an FYI for anyone on the market looking for service to their vehicle. **Update** The service manager took good care of me for the rest of my transaction at Firestone. He gave me a lot of good information about my vehicle and he was very professional and knowledgeable. It's refreshing that my experience there was pleasant in the end.I have updated my rating from a 2 to a 4, it would be a five if it weren't for the greeting I initially received.

I trusted them and approved the repair. I was told the vehicle would be ready in one day, but that was not true. They delayed the job for five days, giving excuses and misinformation the entire time. After finally picking up my vehicle and paying, within 5 minutes of leaving the shop, my Yukon completely broke down. My wife was left stranded on the road just 2 miles away. I had to pay for a tow truck immediately. I have photos, videos, and records of everything. When I called the shop, they stopped answering. Once I finally got a response, their explanation was that there was "another leak" and now the transmission was damaged. Their solution? Charge me an additional $1,800 in labor for a problem that clearly happened right after their work -- and refuse any kind of warranty or responsibility. One of their mechanics, Ruben, even told me to "go cry to the owner" if I wanted help. That was their level of professionalism. This situation turned my working vehicle into a major breakdown within minutes of leaving their shop. I have all the proof and will be filing complaints with the BBB and taking legal action. I strongly warn anyone considering this location: be very careful. I would not want anyone else to go through what my family and I experienced.
