I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!

I had to pay a fee for Amerigas to deliver my tank about 2.5 years ago. I have sold the home and…read moreneed the tank to be removed. Now they want to charge me $299 to remove the tank and another $149.99 for early termination of the "3 year contract". I HAVE SOLD THE HOUSE!!! I no longer need their service. And they are going to take their sweet time completing the removal request. "It may take up to 2 weeks". Not sure what is going to happen when the new owners bring in a new tan and the Amerigas tank is in the way. Not to mention that every time I have tried to call and get customer service, I have to wait FOREVER for them to answer. Waiting over 40 minutes for a person to answer is just typical for them. They promised me that they would install a remote tank monitor when they installed it and never did. Their website also sucks. I called in over 6 times trying the get them to fix the website because after over 4 refills, the site still showed that I never completed the original tank fill after having the tank delivered. Terrible!!

Additionally, they have charged me a $36.00 late fee for not paying my bill when THEY told me not to pay it until the case number is resolved. I have called 5 times since January of 2025 and each time, other than 1 where I spent over an hour waiting for a supervisor to come on the phone, I have been told that my case is still in review and they were attempting to contact the local office manager. The last time I called to check on the status (March 31, 2025) I was told there was not account history of a case number with an adjustment of the price on it. I was told that after "a certain amount of time" that data "goes away", so I am starting over. Customers are unable to contact local Amerigas Offices for resolution and you must go through a call center in another country. All I want to do id have my bill corrected so that I can pay my bill, but I have zero confidence that this issue would be resolved if I paid any portion of this bill prior to resolution.

I requested a fill up the week before…read moreto be served and never got a truck out to me before the roads got bad. my family and I ran out of propane causing us to have no heat for over 24 hours. this year I am at 29% and requested a fill up knowing the weather was coming in. so far no truck has been dispatched . When I called today their service manager Larry kept asking why I was bringing last year up. he said he was the one who eventually came out, filled my tank and checked my equipment and wanted a thank you. do not get in a contract with them. Lots if other companies make sure to fill tanks in my area when known weather is coming in. Not Cadenhead.

Don't bother showing up early as they won't even start taking payments until 9am. They won't take drop offs either so don't bother asking! Take the morning off work just to get propane! Not only is their always full program extremely confusing, they have removed us from the service 6 times. Each time I reach out, there's some new loophole I missed or an email about a credit check we never got... and every time we run out of gas, they charge us an extra $125 for a leak check. Do.not.use.them.
