Collins Dental Group has been amazing so far. The office itself is a very clean, welcoming, and calming space. The Front Office staff is amazing. Very polite and professional. They are so accommodating whenever I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. Their billing/insurance team is very helpful. They do give you the option to make payment arrangements if you need to. (make sure to ask them for more info about their policy/process) I set up payment arrangements one time. I was able to break up my payments into a plan that fits my budget. It was a very easy process. They were very professional and respectful about it too. My Hygienist Emily is so patient and gentle. She's very sweet. She takes her time and is very accommodating. Dr. Hensley is great as well. He is very welcoming and calm. He's very knowledgeable and he's very good at giving me all the information I need to make an informed decision on my oral health. I never feel pressured into getting work done. He's very good at giving me his professional recommendation but also reassures me that I have the final say. You can really tell Collins Dental Group really cares and has a passion for their profession and the community they serve. I explained how didn't have the best dental experiences, growing up, so as an adult I chose not to go to the dentist, until I finally decided it was time. I'm so glad Collins Dental Group was the first place I chose to schedule with. I'm very grateful for the care I've received so far. My husband also receives his dental care here and has nothing but nice things to say about them too. I plan on staying with them for the rest of my life. My children have already established care at a pediatric dentistry that we also love. However, when they are older, I will be transferring their care over to Collins Dental Group. With the care they are providing, there's really no reason to look anywhere else. Very pleased with the care we're receiving and they have my trust. I actually leave the dental office happy now. Haven't been to a dentist for some time and was anxious about my first visit because I knew my teeth were a mess. From scheduling forward, I had the most amazing appointment. Lucy not only worked me in quickly but even called back when a sooner appointment became available. The reception area was comfortable and the receptionist welcoming. The patient area is completely relaxing from the view to great music at a great volume to some soothing visuals and the most comfortable chair. Then I met Jill! She is the hygienist that worked on me and is spectacular! During the procedure she communicated with me every step to relieve my worry. She was genuinely concerned if I was comfortable or in pain. She was gentle when necessary and firm when it was needed but without any pain to me. I didn't think it could get any better, then I met Dr. Sloan. He too was spectacular! Communicative, gentle, firm and personable. Both Dr. Sloan and Jill were not only knowledgeable about their profession but were eager and explained concerns I had about insurance coverage. They checked into my coverage and came up with an affordable, quality plan. Upon check out I received a welcome packet including a complimentary massage! From scheduling to check out I was pleased every step of the way. Went to my first appointment at Collins Dental Group this morning and they were fantastic!!! Obviously I was dreading it, as many who put off dental care do!...but they made me feel right at home. She did a great job at explaining everything to me while she was doing it (if not before she was doing it) and the doc was professional, very warm, and easy to get along with. I was incredibly pleased with them!!! Best dental experience i've ever had. And the free chapstick is GREAT! :) can't wait to go back in and get a massage after my fillings while I'm high on laughing gas. Should be a GREAT time! Been going here for over 20 years. Great experience fantastic dentistry. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Take pride in helping you keep your smile. Gentle. Fair prices for quality work. Have tried the in network dentists. Did not trust them. They try to sell products and unneeded procedures. I also had a tooth that was irritated enough for me to go in. Back up dentist did nothing. Could have cleaned it but told me that they can clean it on next visit. I was disgusted. In pain also. All dentists and hygentists are good and caring at Collins dental group. This was my first visit to Collins dental group, and I was planning to have my whole family switch over. I took my four-year-old daughter along with me so she could watch my cleaning and get comfortable with the environment before I brought her in. The hygienist, Jill, was so incredibly sweet to my daughter. They had a comfy chair for her to sit in, and even gave her a jar of Play-doh to play with that she could take home! On our way out, the hygienist gave me a gift bag full of dental care goodies and a card welcoming me to the office. My doctor is dr. Hensley and his assistant is Chelsea. They are phenomenal! His personality is so personable and caring. He is upbeat, energetic, attentive, listens and takes actions to eradicate whatever dental situation arises. Love everyone at this office! Our old dentist informed us the stains on one of my son's teeth were due to excessive saliva. At his first visit to Collins' they knew the stains were not due to excessive saliva, but were because of improper prior cleanings. They told him they would take all the time necessary to make sure his teeth were cleaned correctly. My son smiled fully, for the first time in years, when he walked out of that cleaning.
