I am not typically one to write reviews but this is one well deserved. I am a college student and my car has had so many issues. To me, paying to fix all of the issues is cheaper than a car payment. Until it broke this last time. I can't even count how many mechanic shops I called. It was ridiculous the amount they told me I had to pay just for them to spend hours trying to diagnose something. I didn't have that kind of money and I had almost lost all hope until I called Collier Mobile Auto Repair. Paul was so understanding (probably because I was crying my eyes out) after telling him about my experience. He took it for a test drive, listened to a few different noises, ran some code machine and in a matter of fifteen or twenty minutes he gave me an explanation of what he proposed the problem was. There were a few things needing to be fixed without question. He also made me aware of a few other things he could see that might create a problem in the future. Mostly just regular maintenance things. For under $2000 my car now runs so good, better than it did when I bought it several years ago. Paul was so professional about everything. He didn't make me feel obligated to get tons of things repaired on my car. He took the time to explain to me everything and what problems it could cause in the long run. There are many times I have gone to big name mechanic shops and they made me feel like I would die if I didn't get EVERYTHING they suggested repaired. I was so happy to not get told what to do with my own car for once. A business is only as good as the people running it and working there. He also gave me a college discount! This was a huge relief because sometimes I feel like I can't catch a break yet I am trying to keep my life together by working and going to school. Paul was honest and I will not hesitate to call him for future repairs. I recommend all friends and family to him. Over 30 years of experience in one person. Not combined between many people.
