Salesperson Chris. Chris was honest and not pushy, very laid back but speedy to answer all questions. Chris returned my emails, calls and texts (and there were many of them) morning, nights and even on a Sunday. I felt he really tried hard, to get us the RV we wanted and within our budget. He kept an eye out for incoming RV's that fit our parameters. He brought the RV's located at Rockford, that we were seriously interested in seeing, to the Wadsworth location. Which was so convenient. Business manager Darwin, got us a great rate. He beat the best rate I found online and I'm an excellent searcher. He's been in the business for a long time. He is the person to talk details with, about price, payments etc. once you have made a choice or close to making a choice. Chris our Salesman however, did a lot of back and forth with Darwin, then back to us, to see if the numbers were close enough to what we could afford and what we would need for down payment. He will ask you if you want coverage and services like maintenance or paint protection or fabric protection, tire coverage, road service and more. I wasn't prepared or researched on all that, and in my excitement, we may have gotten them all. : ) Service Department! Oh my gosh....we love Ken and the service team. Efficient, honest, timely, answers questions and checks things out on our RV when needed. Whether I am just worrying for nothing or I have a more pressing issue. I wanted this 2nd RV to be cared for this service team at I94 RV ( Collier RV Sky Harbor ) I need honest correct info when there's a problem because I don't have money to throw around for misdiagnosis or shoddy work. Great family run business, upbeat place and nice vibe. These employees are good, friendly people. Vicki the administrative assistant will greet you with a genuine, friendly hello when you come inside. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome and at ease. If you're cruising by I94 and Russell Rd, the Stateline, go in and peruse the smallest to the largest. It's so fun to check out how cool these things are no matter what size! They are possibly more affordable then you think.

Being our first purchase, we ignored red flags like defects others had in their trailers and no one answering the phone. They must be busy, COVID production sucks, the rationalizations went on. We went in person and hunted someone down. Sales person seemed kind, questions answered. We went home, decided to buy. Called. Called. No answer. Went back in person, found someone, bought. Was told truck needed special work. Paid for the work. Took the trailer home. Found issues. Went back in person, seller agreed to take back trailer. Took trailer back. Seller changed mind, now will only take on consignment. Here we go.... These people took the trailer apart and hid it in the back of the lot. We called for updates. No answer. Called and asked if we should go down on the price. No answer. Called and asked if we should sell on our own. I'm sure you're getting where this is going... We finally took the trailer back after threatening lawsuit. Listed it on Craigslist and IT SOLD IN FOUR HOURS. These people did nothing but take our monthly payment as a consignment fee. The bonus? The "work" they did on our truck was downright dangerous. When we had a legit company remove the modifications, they asked who did them because they wanted to make sure to steer their customers away. No problem gentlemen, let me give you the info. Our entire family has moved on from the trash they purchased here and every single one of them has spread the word. If you value your safety and your family, don't use. Stay away. Solid F- for communication and work product. Literally awful. Calls will not be returned and expensive vehicle damaged. Run at all costs.

We asked him for an RV that for our requirements as we weren't thrilled with the one we originally were there to see. He said he might have something but it wasn't 100%, but we looked anyways. No pressure at all to look at something we weren't interested in. No sales pitch, no trying to get our information for a mailing list. If there is a camper that fits the bill of what we are looking for on the future on their lot, I would 100% go back.

When we called him, this smart arse just started the whole conversation off on a bad foot. After he notified us that he doesn't work Saturdays AND he's booked all the way through the first week of July, he Immediately accused us of not winterizing our trailer and that EVERY line was broke and It was our fault. *sigh* My neighbor, who has a 31 ft, told me when I bought it from then "Burlington RV" said I should have called him. They are the absolute worse with service. That being said, him and I started taking apart the area where the leak was. Welp!!! There it is. Shotty work by the manufacturer. A hot water line had popped out, cause they didn't push it in far enough. We removed the inferior product and replaced it with a quality connector. Do NOT buy from this company!! Do NOT ask for help on a Saturday!!!
