The ladies that work there are rarely communicative and there is never a greeting by anyone. I ordered food earlier this week and they forgot to put in a side item. I called them to let them know and the lady was genuinely apologetic. I asked if they could make a concession on my next order and she took my name and said she would have a manager call me. Never received a call which was service issue number two. So I placed an order today and proposed that they give a pint of Brunswick stew for free. When I arrived, again no greeting and the lady looked dead at me for several seconds. Maybe I don't fit the expected demographic to be served. A gentleman came out handed me my order and and said we replaced your okra from last time. I asked if they would make a concession and he said they couldn't.
