Not only did he not finish the work, he also put holes in my walls taking the tiles out of my shower that he didn't fix and left me with. My bathroom is a mess. He put the grout in poorly and uneven. The tiles are in wrong. The shower is loose. Never finished the walls. On top of that he specifically said that I can wash the walls and take a bath because that's why he put the faucets in the tub, but never even checked to see if it was installed properly. Totally flooded my basement. I've called numerous times, also sent text messages. He has never responded. He was supposed to come today, never showed up and never answered my calls or texts. Feels that this is totally acceptable and then I was being too picky. Tell me that it's in a bathroom and no one will see the small mistakes. Also told me that he would've charged me more if I wanted it so perfect. ‍ I asked him to come to my house look at my bathroom give me a price of what it would cost to retile it , never in the conversation did I say that I wanted the cheap half ass job. Also found out that he's been locked up for domestic violence which is public knowledge. Also when he installed the plumbing in the bathtub never check to make sure that it was in working condition which ended up with a flood in my basement Such unprofessional work.
