No fancy atmosphere here but don't let that deter you from coming in. The food was bomb.com. Yup you can tell I'm no young'in anymore lol. My dad ate the sizzling mixed meat fajita- shrimp, steak and chicken. It also came with rice and beans on the side. He couldn't even finish it and that man loves his belly. I had the corn- I can't remember what you call that kind of salt thing they sometimes add on the brim of margaritas but it was added on the corn and it was tooo too much for me. Couldn't finish it because of the salty taste. My steak tostada was delish. Ate every bite plus I had the birria tacos with the intention of giving it to my son but nope my greedy self ate it all smh. Get a margarita or 2. I left stuffed and buzzed. Go ahead and check them out.

Moved in our kid at Fordham and needed a bite to eat between festivities. We had tacos, flautas and corn. Everything tasted pretty good. It was an affordable meal. The music was bit loud so hard to hear each other in there. Good local eats.

Was here on a Saturday for lunch. My cousin was visiting from Italy and she has never had tacos before so we decided to try Colima Taqueria because I usually order their rice bowls and they're amazing. As the pictures show we ordered the Pollo Asado tacos and the Birria Tacos and let me tell you the best TACOS I've ever had!!!! The birria ones were TO DIE FOR!!! My cousin was in a big cultural shock moment as she enjoyed every bite of it. Overall we enjoyed everything we ordered, the guacamole as well! Totally recommend it! Service was incredible the staff is so friendly and is very attentive! Loved that they recommend the best tacos for someone who's never had them before. Loved the inside atmosphere and ambiance will definitely return here to try other tacos! Can not wait!!

So I will admit I am easily influenced. I have ordered from here several times in sites like Uber eats but felt the need to come in person. I came to the one in little Italy The Bronx. While its small it does have sitting room and is welcoming for those who would like to dine in. They also offer outdoor seating too. I came in on a Friday around 3pm. They actually had a lot of traffic at this time and a full house. Originally I was on the fence about my waiter and his service . He was not as on point as I expected. But I later chalked it up to him being a little socially awkward. I ordered a lime mojito, elote, and 3 tacos. The mojito was a good treat. I did not expect a quality and strong drink from a razzle dazzle taqueria. My drink was the quality of a drink from a "bar". I personally was not a fan of the elote but that was my fault. I forgot to tell them very light tajin. The corn was a good size, tender, and sweet. It was heavily cheesed and tajin. I got 3 different tacos. The queso surf and turf, pollo asado, and baja fried fish. I did not care for the fish taco. The protein was small and skimpy. Felt like I was eating an overcooked fishstick drenched in coleslaw. The pollo asado was ok. Felt like the "tacos" I make when I have felt over chicken and tortillas at home. However the star of the show is hands down surf and turf. This and the mojito are the reason I am going back. I was not there for Happy Hour yet my check was affordable. I would give this place 3 based on social media over hyped it but as a local taqueria it deserves a 4. (Pure food not service) I will be returning but would want to catch happy hour or taco Tuesday and I will try their new location as well. True 3.5

Came in for a drink and steak fajitas. Restaurant was clean with a grade A window in the window. Food came out quick! Drinks are on the small side for a regular margarita so next time I would get the frozen one for a couple $ more, I will order the mango one next time. Food came out quick and service was good.

Very cute place that I randomly stumbled upon while in little Italy, Arthur Avenue searching for somewhere to have lunch. They served Authentic Mexican juices like horchatas and Jamaica. As well as different Mexican dishes and ramen. The server who was also the owners son was really nice. I enjoyed the food. The place was very vibrant and welcoming.

BOMBB!!! Outstanding experience through its flavor, fresh authentic tacos, well-seasoned ingredients. Oh, and let's not forget about the amazing drinks and churros!! Super friendly and attentive staff that created a welcoming atmosphere that builds comfort. Warm lighting, colorful decor, and cultural music that adds to the inviting vibe. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Birria cheese Tacos with consomé, extremely good consomé a bit greasy.

The whole theme and ambience was Excellent, the aesthetics of the place wants to make you stay there for ever its just perfect. Service was extremely quick, waiters were nice. Birria tacos were a 9.5 only due to the grease, maybe it was due to the Chesse, the consomé was extremely good, a bit greasy just a tiny bit. I don't recommend the alpastor nor the steak. 5.5 alpastor, weird taste and the 3.0 to the steak IT WAS GREASY. Overall, their pollo asado was the best in my opinion, their guacamole was extremely good but their chips were greasy, let it drain my boy.... Finally, I give this place a 8.7 out of 10... Go visit the place and show some love their price is are affordable for all.

Best piña colada in the Bronx! Would definitely come back and look for the same waiter, forgot her name but she was great.

The crispy octopus easily rivals anything I've had in Manhattan, super tender with just the right crisp. The cassava hash browns were so good I was almost annoyed by how simple they were. Paired with a rich, meaty sauce and a fresh fennel crunch, the whole dish was incredibly balanced. The wings were the most straightforward item on the menu (in the best way), lightly spiced, slightly sweet, and great for picky eaters. Someone needs to give the bartenders a raise. I ordered three drinks just to test consistency--every single one was balanced, spirit-forward, and not overly sweet. The presentation was different on each one and felt intentional without being gimmicky. I've seen some of the lower Yelp ratings and they mostly call out price, but this is very much a you get what you pay for situation. The quality of the food, the portion sizes (especially for this level of execution), and the overall intentionality behind the menu justify it in my opinion. Service was excellent. They squeezed me in last minute, and my waiter, Dionicio, handled my coconut allergy (not easy at a Dominican spot) with real care and ease. The space itself is worth mentioning - moody, mushroom/mossy interiors. Super cute, very well thought out, and definitely a place I'll be coming back to.

They had the option to choose fresh fish sitting in the ice or cooked food from the kitchen. I opted for grilled branzino, shrimp and veggies. My family ordered the fried options. All cutlery and plating are plastic just fyi so it's a casual place. Also relatively loud Spanish music playing the entire time. not an issue but I did have to ask her to lower the volume because it was only 5 pple in the entire restaurant and I couldn't hear our convo at the table over the music. The timing of when the food came out was interesting so fried food first. I was waiting for my grilled food for another 10 mins and the rest of the dishes came out separately within 5-10 mins of each other. The fried food was not fresh but frozen. When questioned, the waitress said everything was fresh we can tell it was not. To preface we eat seafood often so we can absolutely tell. It would've been fine but the shrimp itself was tasteless, soggy/moist under the batter and the batter was falling off because of it. I would dare say the shrimp was pre cooked and frozen before it was fried. No flavor and chewy. My mom and grandma said the fish was okay it had a very fish stick look to it but no real complaints about the fried fish. (Whiting and catfish) My grilled food was just okay. The vegetables were solid I ate that with no issues, onions, peppers and eggplant. The branzino was a good texture asked for it to be butterflied but no real flavor. I had to add salt and pepper for taste. The shrimp was also okay but nothing to write home about. I wasn't super impressed but it was okay. Not sure if I would come back until I hear there's some growth culinary wise.

We stood there confused, eventually trying to find a table ourselves. Since no one was assisting us and there were no open tables available, we sat at the bar. My friend continued waiting and trying to secure a table, but there was no communication from staff. To make matters worse, another group arrived after us and was seated before us. They mentioned they had been there before, and it felt like they were given priority while we were overlooked, despite waiting longer. Service at the bar was equally frustrating. The bartender was inattentive and focused only on certain sections. It took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get a simple glass of wine. We had to repeat our orders multiple times, which should have been a red flag. The appetizer, Korean wings, arrived quickly and was probably the only positive part of the evening. After that, everything went downhill. Our entrees took an extremely long time to arrive. It felt like nearly two hours. When the food finally came out, one of my friends did not receive her meal at all because the bartender forgot to put in her order. This was especially frustrating since we had repeated the order several times. When her dish, the pad Thai, finally arrived about 30 minutes later, it was mediocre at best and slightly cold. The steaks ordered by two of us were dry and under-seasoned. The vegetables were overcooked and bland. Overall, the food quality did not justify the long wait or the price. The bathrooms were another major issue. There was toilet paper on the floor and even period blood visible on the ground. It was unsanitary and honestly shocking. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for any establishment. The final bill came to $245, including an automatic $34 gratuity at the bar. Considering the service we received, this felt completely undeserved. There was no acknowledgment of the forgotten order and no attempt to make things right. As a final note, be cautious if you're wearing delicate or expensive clothing. The bar counter area has rough edges, and one of my friend's jerseys was snagged while we were sitting there. This was my first time here, and it will absolutely be my last. Between the poor service, mediocre food, lack of cleanliness, and high prices, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
