My service is fast and efficient, I have not had a down time ever. I quit Hughes Net and went to COLI last December 2022. Again, no issues.

Coli or 186 is not interested in their customers after they acquire you as a customer. When I call in a service request they immediately tell me it's not their fault! Tonight my son said he'd like to find a different internet provider. He went online to look at what Coli/186 offered. I was surprised Coli/186 does not have any of the information regarding their different offerings on the web any longer-only a phone number or a "sign up" button. Of course you have no idea what they are selling or more importantly what you are "signing up". Does this sound like they are a well managed company? read more

This company used to be a lot better years ago but now their service is constantly going slow and when you call tech support you are automatically placed on hold for a long time (up to ten minutes when their phone system automatically disconnects you). Bottom line... if they hired people to answer the phone and take care of their problems with service they could be ok. read more

Internet is very unreliable despite whatever they say. Have had three different tech support come out and the service is still slowing down all the time and going out constantly even with the tower I'm picking up from is next door. They need better tech support working to fix the issues. Overall they just don't care. As long as it works at the minimum they won't do a dank thing. Why pay 60 bucks for a month for internet I can't even game on? Tempted to even go back to dial up with these issues. read more

Just awful experiences so far. I have been trying to get my Internet access fixed for a month. Talked to tech after tech who promised to call me or have people call me. When that doesn't happen, call back in only to find out that someone didn't properly note my record, or they claim to have never promised me a return call. Email after email is unanswered. They recently changed their name, it's now 186 networks I guess. Probably because they didnt exactly have a golden reputation. This company has been very spotty. I have been their customer for 5 years because there simply is no alternative in my region. I NEVER receive the internet speeds I pay for. A dishonest company that profits off of the monopoly they have in my region. If you can avoid them, do so at all costs. read more

Very slow especially on weekends when there is no on sight tech help available. My service has quit working on all devices starting Friday and has been limited Sat. and Sun. Surprisingly Monday all is well. off sight tech support is of no help. Don't waste your time calling them. read more

Terrible customer service - they pretty much have a monopoly over the high speed internet options in Antrim county and could care less whether they provide good service or not. They drag their feet in everything they do, checking to see if you can get service, setting up service, proving support etc. My husband and I moved to an area they do not cover and took about 3 weeks to get back to us regarding the status of our account. Took another 2 weeks to actually cancel the service. Since we paid for a year in full and had about 4 months left when we had to cancel, we were told they owed us $150.00. This was March 2013... we STILL have not received our money - despite our monthly phone calls. They claim one person signs the refund checks only twice a year and it will be another 3-6 weeks. Same story for over 6 months. These people do TERRIBLE business. read more

I have used Coli communications for years and I am always happy with the service provided. If the internet goes out, I can always rely on them to take care of the problem. Jason is always very helpful when I have questions and tech Travis explains everything he is doing and is very friendly. I would recommend this company. read more

worst service ever! when you call or write an email to tell them that the connection is slow or non-existent, they tell you that it is "your fault" or some problem that they are "working on". lol. but, they happily collect your bill each month with little care for your satisfaction of service. if you find an alternative choice, take it. read more
