The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work.
