He helped up manage the insurance process, visiting our house multiple times to accompany insurance inspectors and make sure no detail was missed. They also did an immaculate cleanup afterward. They are certified by Owens Corning so you get extended warranty coverage. Highly recommended!

After installation, we had problems we never had before: roof leaks, ceiling damage, and animals entering the attic. We also had roofing nails left around our property that caused flat tires. Every time we reported an issue, we were given a different explanation...a nail, then the chimney cap, then chimney caulking. We have video of their "water test" where water was sprayed directly into the chimney cap vents, which is not a realistic test of rainfall. An independent chimney inspection later found no issues. We also have documentation from pest control showing missing drip edge that may explain how animals gained access. This company did not properly stand behind their work or provide a consistent, honest assessment of the problems after installation. I would strongly caution homeowners to look elsewhere.

Before DOM could complete the work, we had even more rain coming, so we called and they came out to tarp the area and help prevent additional damage. That responsiveness meant a lot to us. The repair was completed as promised, communication was excellent throughout, and the cleanup was fantastic.
