Two types of slaw- red with a little spice and primary vinegar base and a sweet conventional cabbage. White beans or BBQ beans with good seasoning and some pork mixed in. The pork is mildly smoked with a good flavor and is offered pulled or chopped on request. The ribs are smokey and tender, very good. A variety of sauces, sweet and hot are available. An old tradition in this area, the family pack, offers everything to feed a family meal of barbeque sandwiches and fixings for takeout on a more modest budget. Our server was sitting in the corner with her boyfriend the whole time hanging out with him and she would just get up occasionally and check on us. She had no personality.
