Other dishes included fajitas, mojo pork and chicken cordon bleu. The broad appeal of the offerings bring to mind (in a good way) meals I've eaten in corporate cafeterias. I went with the Cuban since I've heard it's a staple, and for my first time trying one, it was a solid introduction to the sandwich. Everything came together well. Lucky for me, I'll be calling Tampa home soon, so I'll be back to try more of their sandwiches. I've also heard good things about the chocolate cake, not usually my go-to, but I might have to give it a try.
