Fun time at a family owned business. The mazes are large and you definitely get your money's worth as they are not easy to solve. If you take kids they should be able to walk over things as there are corn stalks on the trails. The corn pit was our 2 year olds favorite part. About a foot deep of dried corn to play in. They also had hay bails to climb, a fire pit, animals to feed and donuts and drinks.

This was the best place I've ever been for fresh cider and donuts, hay rides, and family fun. It's a family-owned business and the family is so kind and welcoming. The quality is outstanding and the prices are excellent. The owner went out of his way to show us a cool and enormous mushroom he found that day and even gave it to us!! You won't get this family-feel anywhere else. I'd highly recommend driving to Saline to come here! They have an awesome maize and you can pet the animals. We will definitely be back!

I really wish that I could give this place a higher score than five. We didn't buy tickets in advance, as we didn't realize we needed to do that. We got there just as they open so it wasn't a problem for us to just pull over and buy your tickets online. It was a little concerned at first that we had an admission fee plus we had to pay for sunflowers. But as we get out of the car and started to look around we realized that we hit the jackpot on sunflowers. Every time we turn around we saw a different variety of sunflower growing. We saw sunflower plants that were only about 2 feet high and we also saw some flowers that were over 12 feet tall. We definitely agreed that while it was a little bit more expensive than other places we have gone to, it was definitely worth it. We've already agreed to go back next year with some of our friends and make a girls day out on the experience

Tickets are $25/person and kids under 23 months are free! You have to walk a quarter of a mile to get to the main flower fields. It was not ideal for my FIL who has pain walking too much (it's not really worth paying for the tractor ride there either). They have lots of unique activities like a tractor pull that you can attempt for free and tires that kids can climb and take pics on. There is a "U pick" field where Tulips are $2/stem. That's expensive, no thank you! Then when you keep walking, there is a section where they have better bathrooms than the portapotties. And there are snacks like lemonade and you can even roast marshmallows! And then after that section, there is the flower field. I think it will be more worth it once my baby is older and can play on the playground and other activities like using their bikes.

We came back to the sugar bush house to hear about the process of syrup making. It definitely kept my 12 & 14 year old interested! The farm itself is also so fun to visit. And of course we bought honey on the way out since we got to see their bee grounds too! It was a really fun day out! The farmers are so passionate about what they do there. It's certainly educational but it's a really fun place to visit for events and just seeing some farm life, land, and animals

There are a lot of comments on the staff being friendly and while they were, a lot of them were practically children themselves! Perhaps they were part of the camp they offer? Who knows! The sweetest young lady asked my kiddos if they'd like to pet a rabbit named Mayonnaise and of COURSE we absolutely had to! The wagon rides stopped at 12:30 so we just missed them, which was kind of a bummer since that was one of the perks the youngest kiddo was looking forward to despite the heat. Oh! We had been misinformed via LittleGuideDetroit that there was horseback riding and that in fact, seems to be down the street? In the end, we left with some peacock feathers, fresh goat milk soap and some flavored honey sticks.

Sharing my experience with Duke Petting Farm to save you from having to go through the same thing…read more I was having a big cowboy themed party for my boys joint birthday party. So I thought how fun would it be to have a cowboy horse & a petting farm. I Talked with Deb before even booking the party to make sure all the kids would be able to ride the pony. At first I asked for a horse because most of the kids would be around 10-11 years old. I was told a horse would be too hard for the little kids but she would send me a large pony that would be perfect for my age range. I told her no one would be over 120 pounds. She even asked me to put it in an email and I did. I am sharing that email in the photo section. I confirmed this with the owner several times before the party. Fast forward to party day when the problems all began. She sent 2 girls to work my one hour party. The one girl that ran the petting bunny area was EXTREMELY rude to all the little kids. Even rolling her eyes at them when they asked what kind of balloons she could make. She yelled at them multiple times when kids 3 years old were petting the baby bunnies. To a point of me and several parents going in the bunny pen to help. It was so embarrassing that people at my party were being treated this way. Several of the bunnies kept escaping. She yelled at the 3 year old birthday boy when he went to get a second handful of food from the food bucket they bring. She said "you already fed the animals." We tried to talk to her to help change her bad mood but it was the entire time and super disappointing as this was a kids party. The other thing I would like to warn you about is that TONS of the kids were turned away from riding the pony. The girl working said they were too tall. One of the girls was a tiny 10 year old weighing no more that 65 pounds. If height was a requirement I should have been told that before the party. Like I said I discussed this with her multiple times. So only a few little kids got to ride over and over. When you pay over $500 for someone to bring animals to your party you expect at least kind service. I contacted the owner before coming to social media. She said the girl working the party was only 14 years old. While she did say she would talk to her she made all kinds of excuses. I think it would be better to have an adult working something like this. She told me the bigger pony they had used at a different party that day and had problems with so they switched to this one. I understand things happen in life but those are not a customers problem. While I couldn't come to an agreement with the owner I thought I could at least warn all my friends or anyone thinking to book for a party! Stay far away. I wished I would have booked somewhere else. After having the party I had several people recommend Tyler's exotic animals. They said he is much more kid friendly. Just super disappointed that so few kids got to ride the pony & that the other worker that ran the balloons/petting area treated everyone so rotten. It was an awful experience and I have booked lots of big things for events. Never have I had to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism. Truly disappointed.

We reserved Bonfire No. 7 for a perfect fall night for four hours. Three Cedars Farm is definitely an attraction in Northville complete with bonfires, hayrides, a corn maze, and of course apple cider and donuts! The bonfire was a great spot to hang out, put up a tent, grill some burgers and hot dogs and make s'mores. The staff periodically would come by on a cart to drop off more wood. The hayride was a nice short ride from the front of the farm to the back of the farm where the corn maze is located. Tip: I recommend that you bring flashlights and/or lanterns for when the sun goes down to enjoy your bonfire area. There is no light in the corn maze and you will resort to using the flashlight on your phone to try to find the Christmas tree stations in the maze. Don't forget to keep track on the corn maze postcards to turn in at the Donut Hut to be entered into a drawing. The only drawback are teenagers hiding in the corn maze jumping out at people in the dark. I hope no one gets hurt and this continues to be a place for adults and children alike. Also note the Donut Hut closes at 8pm although we were at the bonfire until 10pm. So get your share of cider and donuts early. I think the value of experiencing fresh donuts with hot apple cider sitting around the bonfire was perfect and worth every penny. I would like to go back next fall. Being here during the week was a blessing, as I could observe the almost Disney like nature of the farm. It's like a smaller version of Canterbury Village lol. While the service was very good, their apple cider is probably the worst I've ever tried. Too much like apple juice, lacking in flavor. However, their caramel apple? 20/10 legit the best caramel apple I've every tried, so fresh! They don't try to thwart the bees in the cute seating area, so I had to melt in my car to finish the apple. I'm surprised having lived in Canton for many years I never heard of Three Cedars, and now I am not surprised at all. If you do find yourself here, get a caramel apple!

First off, we went on a Friday early evening the week the strawberries were ready for picking and it was PLENTIFUL. So many berries. My family and I all agreed that we would only be picking enough to eat at home and that's it. No jamming, canning, freezing, etc. Yet the berries were so perfect, so ripe and beautiful we somehow picked a full tray each, even in the 90 degree, 60% humidity heat. NO REGRET! It's still super easy to go here. Drive up, grab your tray, pick your berries, drive back and get them weighed (there's stall with mixes for baked goods, jams, and more plus bottled beverages if the heat is getting to you). I can't remember exactly but it shook out to be around 2.59 a pound I believe (but don't quote me on that) and I got $23 dollars worth. Now I have nearly 9lbs of strawberries in my fridge for snacking, baking, and more. But don't expect jam this year. I haven't the energy for that!
