Meckleys is my favorite Cider Mill to go to to in the fall! There's something to do for everyone,…read moreno matter what the age. U pick pumpkins and apples, a cider mill that has your usual donuts, baked goods, fresh pies, and an adorable little store. The staff was SO friendly and even warmed up our pepperoni roll for us. I swear everything they make is delicious. Upstairs is their ciders and beers. You can order a flight or get individual. We of course had to try a flight, and every cider was great - especially the banana foster!! There's games on a shelf you can take to your table to play if you'd like. We missed the food trucks since we went late in the day, but you can order pizza that looked really good!

They had delicious freshly made donuts and pastries, as well as a small brewery inside. There's just something about the smell of fresh cake donuts on a cool day. We went during the fall festival. They had live music, a huge pumpkin patch, lots of things for the kiddos to do and several picnic tables where you could sit and drink freshly brewed beer and eat some delicious warm donuts. My recommendations are pretty much any of the beers that they have. I tried samples of several and the apple cider donuts. There's just something about fruit stands and cider Mills in the fall that are irresistible. I really enjoyed this cute little shop as well as the festival and next time I'm in town. I will definitely stop in. Thank you so much for the wonderful and knowledgeable service.

Was looking for a corn maze to take my son to last weekend Yelp brought me here. Is it a great corn…read moremaze? No. Is it good enough? Yes. It's about your average corn maze and once we got here I quickly realized the corn maze isn't why people are coming here. It's something to do sure, but people are mostly coming here for the donuts and drinks from my observation. First, the food. The drinks looked delicious! I didn't get anything though. We spent $49.40 on food. We ordered pulled pork nachos, the donut fried mozzarella stick, a cup of ice cream, 1 dz asstd donuts, and a bag of caramel apple kettle corn. My son is picky and DEVOURED the fried mozzarella stick! The nachos were ok. Nothing to brag about. The donuts were about the same. I ate a vanilla cake chocolate dipped donut and it was SO sweet! Too sweet. Like sweet to the point I was regretting not having coffee with it. I tried another one today - with coffee - and it was definitely more of a balance. Kettle corn is good. Activities. The corn maze was cool and $6 for the 3 of us. A little too peopley for me at times. The ground is uneven, but overall it was fine. Paid $6 for my son to do the play area. He liked it and mostly played on the tires and slide. The corn pit was anxiety inducing. There was a whole gang of kids crowding the stairs for the twist slide - dumping buckets of corn over the railing. A little too rowdy and unsupervised imo. Service was quick and efficient. They got a pretty good system there. They also have plenty of photo ops! That's one thing that really stood out to me. I'd love to go back when they first open to take advantage of all the photo ops. Perfect for photos to use on Christmas cards.

So light and crispy filled with a top quality dog or maybe cheese. Got mine with the maple dip a perfect combination. Friendly service is a plus. Got three fresh dogs and two donuts for under $20.

Apologize for the delay on posting this review... We visited MacQueen's Orchard in late October on…read morea Saturday. Due to it being close to Halloween and in Apple Season, it was busy. MacQueen's is a local business that has been around for years and not only do they offer pick your own apples and pumpkins, they have a nice produce selection, jam & jelly room, bakery (nothing better than warm donuts this time of year), cider mill where you can watch the bottling process, and a room full of Christmas decor. Staff is friendly and helpful even when they have a ton of people meandering about. Prices are fair for the quality of product and as I mentioned previously, their warm donuts are a hit! We will be back...

I hadn't been here in some time as it's not very close to home but we decided to change it up for…read moreour annual apple picking family tradition. I'm glad we came earlier in the season because there was plenty of fruit to pick from! Why I'm giving this place 3 stars: - There was a hole in the wagon wheel, in my opinion, someone should be keeping up with small maintenance things like that since the season is about to be in full swing. - The older ladies who were working outside made me uncomfortable as I was walking passed an empty booth and were not very friendly about the fact that I didn't know about a blue ticket I was supposed to have (my dad was the one who paid to get the apples and was walking in behind me). I would have been understanding but they were just judgmental and condescending about it. If it's such a big deal someone should be at that booth ready to check tickets if they know people are driving up.... -Donuts were nothing special but they do have A LOT of yummy looking choices -Really good selection of apples but horrible signage. There is a map but you have to take a picture or study it really well or you'll have no idea what you're picking. -If you have a hard time walking, this is probably not the place for you. Overall, there was a super sweet girl working the bakery. There's a corn maze that looks fun and plenty of pumpkins to choose from so it's not my favorite place but I might be back for the maze.
