Maybe 30 minutes after I had paid over the phone and the tow truck driver pulled up as I was right outside, less than 8 feet away and I even waived at them. The truck driver slowed enough to stop at the speed bump that was adjacent to my car, looked my direction, then drove off. I called the company back and apparently he got another call. I would have felt better if I was at least acknowledged by the driver and told what was happening before they pulled off. You know, since I had already paid for the service. Update: The tow truck driver returned about an hour later and another gentleman that I spoke with earlier regarding the driver leaving called and explained why this action was taken and I appreciated the call. For that, I updated my initial review. Thanks.
