However, the quality of their product is pretty good. Most of their items that they sell are frozen. The store is very crammed and not a lot of space to walk in. Service was ok. I feel like I could get fresh seafood elsewhere for slightly cheaper prices. They do have some unique items like the smoke cod (which I do not recommend because it is super tough and chewy), smoked maple salmon (super yummy but very expensive) and other items as well.

He then went back to the warehouse to bring out what we think we wanted, he also recommend alternate items with smaller packaging. Not all the items they stock is on the price list. Just ask for what you want, some items, they can break up the package, others they can't. If you have a big freezer and love seafood, the prices are very competitive and he is knowledgeable about Ocean Wise products and the quick flash method. Great place to stock up to prep for Chinese New Year Cooking. If you want any special items, call first to make sure they have it in stock before going there. The two types of chicken that I cooked up at home were so flavorful, juicy and delicious. The chicken and sauces were freshly made so it probably made a huge difference too.
