It offers three categories of products: the regular butcher stuff, sliced and ready to go plates of beef lamb pork etc for hot pot, and marinated sausages and Chinese chacuterie meats. I've only had experience with the regular stuff and I've been very satisfied with the level of quality, service, and price. For instance when I approach the counter the owner is always prompt to greet me and for the pig trotters I always get, he'd give them a further shave and slice them into small pieces for me. I like the variety here and besides the standard burger items, this shop is definitely catered to an Asian kitchen: LongGang free range chicken, duck and chicken feet, various innards, pigs blood, intestine etc. For those into that type of stuff this is good place to find them and for those adventurous chefs open to trying new ingredients, this is a cool stop also. I only learnt of this place when googling for roast meat and this popped up. The store is divided into two sections. One for the cooked roast meat where the menu is at the back of wall. Written in both Chinese and English, they are quite hard to read though. Bring your glasses or better yet, take a picture and zoom in on the photo like what I did. The other part is where you can buy fresh uncooked meat. The other side is lined with refrigerated items. Besides buying the roast meat, you can also have it with rice with your choice of meat. I bought a pound (min order) of roast pork and half a Hong Kong style roast duck (pipa duck I believe). I will say communication can be quite tough as the staff seemed more comfortable speaking in Cantonese which I do not speak. So it has to be a basic ordering in English without any questions or requests. The roast pork has super crispy skin which is really good but it also has such a thick layer of fats underneath that I had to remove it. You could probably save those fatty bits and fry them later to make lardon and add to your home cooked noodles or something. I like the pipa duck. Tender and tasty meat. Tip/Life hack: I googled and found a way to reheat the leftovers so they do not dry out -- cover the meat with foil and heat in oven at 400c for 20-30 mins. For the roast pork, I only covered the meat part and let the skin peeked out so the skin got even crispier.

And this Swiss farmer sausage was amazing. We had not anything like that before and we were hooked. It was meaty, savory and not too salty with just a touch of sweetness on the outside. We had asked if they could cut for us and the lady said they didn't normally cut the sticks but the gentleman said they would do it for us.
