Loved Blue Berry, so nomnom. Coconut was very strong so I wouldn't order it. Some of the nice people work at this food truck. Stop by and say hello to them! I will post more pics of them later. Their shaved ice is like a fine snow that almost evaporates on the tongue, leaving a huge burst of tasty tasty flavor. And speaking of flavors, you won't find the rainbow assortment here. Honey's has less than a dozen, I'd wager. But in addition to the usual standbys, they have several "organic" flavors, made with cane sugar and natural flavors. I actually broke with personal long-standing tradition and passed up blue raspberry for the organic peach flavor, and boy howdy was I rewarded. Major peach punch-the-face with evaporating snow iciness. Delicious. Add to that, the cutest food truck ever, although you probably shouldn't call it a truck. Honey's is a bright yellow converted Bajaj auto-rickshaw. Easy to spot, but if you're not sure, look for the fat man running after it like a kid to the ice cream truck. That would be me. Oh, and they don't have marshmallow fluff, so don't even ask. But if you're partial to that, you're hating on me by now anyway.

We have so-called shave ice here in Boston but it's not like Ono Wai's. These are served with ice cream at the bottom - YUM- and a drizzle of sweet cream on top! It's like 2 desserts in one because by the time you get to the bottom, the flavored ice made the ice cream frosty and sweet - like a creamsicle- but better! The hardest part of ordering this little cup of heaven is choosing the flavors - they have 25 - and apparently they are imported from Hawaii. Thankfully, my family ordered different flavors so I was able to try a variety. They were all rich and flavorful. I'll be back Ono Wai - I'll be back!

Unlike a snow cone, the fluffy ice absorbs the shavings versus surrounding it at the bottom of the cup. This makes for a much more flavorful experience. The ice is then flavored with one of 25 syrups we offer. Some patrons opt to have ice cream placed in the bottom of their shave ice flower cup and top the flavored shavings with a sweet cream. This place is a combination of a variety of food stales located under one roof. There has plenty of seating available in the middle of the restaurant hall. Just my son and I stopped in for a quick bite to check it out. I always wanted to check out the Korean dog so today was my chance. We waited for about less than 10mins for both dogs to be ready. It was so good. I ordered the cheese dog with Thai chili sauce put on top. I ordered a strawberry milk tea at the neighboring stand which was also really good as well. Definitely a place to keep in mind for returning.

Definitely is family friendly, but see more younger kids going here which is fine. They have tons of food options from subs, fried chicken, ramen, bubble tea and Korean hot dogs. Much more options to list, but it's not too bad. We ordered their ramen, chicken teriyaki bowl and their pork belly buns. The ramen was a bit bland and the pork buns were not worth it as the pork was very thin and was the same pork size as the one that comes in the ramen. Their teriyaki bowl was the star dish as it was flavorful and tasty. We also ordered their soy garlic fried chicken. Although expensive, it was very tasty. Would I recommend this place, yes. But skip the pork belly buns and their ramen. I heard the subs are good here and may try other dishes here next time. The staff is friendly here. Tons of tables here if you decide to dine in.

The actual interior of the place where you order ice cream is a bit cramped and bumpy (aka not stroller or wheelchair friendly), but they do have like a back patio area that you can sit and enjoy the ice cream in picnic table style seating. The ice cream was good and the service was very friendly through the experience. They also offer ice cream flights, which is great if multiple flavors are calling out to you (which is the often the case for me at ice cream places).
