Kady was very very rude when assisting me tonight. I order a scope of ice cream and stated to her that I had a peanut allergy, she proceeded to instead clean the utensils she scooped my ice cream and gave it to me. The whole topping station was covered in peanuts then proceeded to ask me for a tip. I did not tip. I would give -0 stars if I could. Wish it was no star. Online says closes at 10pm. We went to go in at 9:35pm, opened the door and the young girls working were so incredibly rude, immediately yelling "We're closed". I'm 8 months pregnant, my 5 year old sister was present and they made her cry. Close earlier than 10? Then update your times online. Or maybe lock the door? The outside trash can was overflowing and disgusting and upon entry we were promptly told to geat out of the store. We were then ignored when trying to pay for our ice cream because the cashier was talking with her friends visiting the store. There were no napkins in any of the dispensers in the store. We will not be returning to this location in the future. The only thing I can say is that the store was clean.... I guess. We ordered, my mom, my two daughters, and myself. Get to the register to pay, this young girl, looks at the money, runs it thru the counterfeit thing, and it says it's counterfeit. Now, anyone born before 91(ish) knows about old money. Even my older kids (17 and 16) know about old money). She accused us of passing counterfeit money, and proceeded to throw the money away. There needs to be some kind of education about old money, it wasn't fake, just old. She laughed at us, in front of other customers, made us feel like we were beneath her. Only come here when we have a "Buy 1 Get 1" coupon. With the coupon, the cost for a medium is almost reasonable. Fortunately if you register with the company, you receive BOGO coupons fairly frequently. Today I ordered the "mud pie mojo." Coffee ice cream, peanut butter, Oreo cookies, almonds and fudge. Decadent! And, O, so good. Small store with 4 tables in inside and 5 tables outside. Cleanliness could be better. There is still melted ice cream in the counter next to the cash register that was there when we paid 15 minutes ago. No one has wiped down any of the tables after customers left. read more
