I have experienced a variety or rude and disrespectful employee's but this young lady topped the cake. Approached the counter to place my order and I see a young man just sitting behind the counter on his phone and says nothing to me. Then this young lady comes out from the back and first gives me a dirty look. She came to the counter and was like what do you want. When she handed me my order I almost felt like she was throwing it at me. Being in law enforcement for years you know when someone is under the influence. This young lady was high on something. I did come in the next day to find out who this young lady was so I could speak with management. This young lady Elizabeth needs not only to be drug tested but she needs to learn some manners. I am sure not everyone at this place is rude, but the manager on duty and male owner have no personal or professional skills. When I called I asked to speak with a manager, the woman who answered said she was. I asked who I was speaking with so I could address her by her name and she told me she wouldn't tell me her name. She asked me what my name was and I told her. I asked her who she was again and she told me she wouldn't tell me her name. Super freaking weird. I asked to speak with the gentleman that was there, who is the owner. She went to give the phone to him and lied to him and said I refused to tell me my name so she wasn't going to tell me her name. The owner got on the phone and He was completely rude to me when I called to make an inquiry and even though I was speaking in a very light and friendly tone, he hung up on me. The while place is creepy if you ask me. The male owner only hires young cute teenage girls and discriminates against males. His wife said she was interested in hiring my son, he turned in an application. My son called to check on the process of his application and she(the female owner) said she never saw the application but wanted him to turn in another one since she couldn't find his. He went up to get a new app, and was treated very rudely by the male owner. When he returned home he was confused as the male owner told him he didn't need to give him an application cause they weren't hiring. That's when I called up there. I was confused too cause the other female owner said she wanted to see his application and was interested in hiring him. Like I said, the guy I talked to on the phone (the only male in the business) was unjustifiable in his immediate attitude with me as I was jist trying to figure out what was going on. In the end I told him if he was interested in working with my son ok, but that was no reason to have an attitude with me, he told we were done and hung up on me. How completely creepy! read more
