Cold Stone Creamery - Every single table outside this dirty - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

I ordered an ice cream cake for my son for his 6th birthday. One of their signature Mario cakes they told me the price great and rang it up. I paid all up front and gave a tip. Then I get a call 5 min later saying they undercharged me and asked if it was ok. I said it was but I was extremely upset. They charged me 20.00 more for Mario character toys and for it being a signature cake. So when I went back I had to pay the 20.00. They also misspelled my son's name and the cake was mashed against the side so a lot of the frosting decoration came off. I did get 5.00 off but that wasn't enough considering all the issues with the cake. I will never buy a cake from cold stone. Buyer beware!!!! read more

Always generous with the add-ins, creamy ice cream, tons of flavors, quick and friendly service. Only complaint is how expensive it is... but will continue to get it! read more

We ordered and paid for a custom bday cake for my granddaughter and at pick up time was told it wasn't made. July 3rd of a holiday weekend and only one person there working that couldn't make a cake. Devastated granddaughter and family as a whole. Had to be a jerk to get cash back but she was the only one there representing the store. read more

The ice cream is amazing, if overpriced. All of the staff were very nice and helped with any questions we asked. My only complaint is the store was so warm! It seems like there is no A/C, it was only 70 out but warmer inside. read more

Ice cream is my weak spot. I'd eat it everyday if I could. Cold Stone is both nostalgic and tasty. I usually get the Mudpie Mojo because coffee and peanut butter is magic! I always order a small and they somehow always upsize for free to a love it. I'm not sad about it lol The staff are always so friendly and kind. And the ice cream never disappoints. read more

I've gone to cold Stone for 20 years and had it in many locations. This locations ice cream reminded me of the taste and texture of rite aide malt ice cream if it was freezer burned. The texture was nothing near their well known slow churned texture. I could barely taste the chocolate flavor in the chocolate ice cream and the mix ins were almost non existent. I hated this ice cream and this ice cream hated me. read more

I came in on Valentine's Day to treat myself to some ice cream after a long work day and was met by nothing but attitude with a side of ice cream. Upon listening more carefully I heard her coworker call her grace- since she didn't have a name tag on. This is really unfortunate and I hope no one else was treated this way. read more

Ordered an ice cream cake online, and it was a breeze. Not too sure why so many people have issues with service when I encountered such a nice person when I came in. The ice cream cake was perfect, and had slight indentations of where you can cut it. Packaged nicely, and was the perfect treat. There's ample parking in front, and around the area. read more

Attempted to use a community discount card that supports a local high school athletic booster club (card indicates 15% discount valid until 10/1/25 - so 6 more months until expiration) and was told by the cashier that they would not honor it. Unfortunate as I like to support local businesses that support the community. Clearly not the case here so I won't be back. read more

It's a guilty pleasure. Often have to get 1 pint of each seasonal. Usually have one that I don't eat much of, but that's not worth docking points. Some of the flavors are excellent, but not the type where I would enjoy a dish. Usually one of the flavors is fun to taste--a spoonful here or there--but more about the tasting experience. Moral of the story is that I need to get off my lazy rear and drive the 8 minutes to taste in person so I will know I like it before buying a pint. Oh yeah--THEY ARE TASTING ICE CREAM AT THE STORE JUST LIKE PRE-COVID!!! read more

Great service by John. Took his job seriously. Great type of ice cream too. Cold stone is an underrated ice cream brand.

omg for my birthday my friend brought a medium size combo of cinnamon roll and coffee. both are amazing. read more

The service was prompt but gruff as in I wasn't greeted when walking in and there was sarcasm from the employee, granted it would have been fine but the first thing out of the gate was a bit much. I ended up getting the coffee lovers in a Like It which is coffee ice cream, roasted almonds, heath bar pieces, and caramel sauce. I asked if I could substitute the heath bar and that's where the sarcasm happened. I got twix instead and error on my part as the candy bar hardens so the outside chocolate shell as well as the caramel from the bar hardens very quickly. I ended up eating around the candy bar and maybe should have just removed the candy as a whole. While there a couple more customers came in and they were greeted, it could of been because I came in as the emoloyee was finishing helping customers too. It seems like they continually have new flavors which is great and also community event fliers they support. I don't know if I will be back but it does fill my ice cream cravings read more

The service was terrible, rude, and I didn't get what I ordered. The strawberries and bananas were frozen solid. Nothing was mixed together as is usual for cold stone. The store was filthy and the smell inside was disgusting. Then we went outside to sit at the tables and they were filthy. I ended up throwing my ice cream away. Very disappointed and will not go to this location again. read more

Went in on Friday Jun 7 at 345 pm. What a filthy store. Ordered a kids scoop with mixins. The employee made too much and put the excess down the drain. No wonder the prices are a little more than other Cold Stones. Went out side and the tables were ALL very dirty. The side areas where the tables are were Sooo dirty also Inside floor and counters were very dirty. So disappointing and gross! read more

The one with curly brown hair with bangs was very sweet and was very kind with me and my wife of 53 years. There was another one with blackish reddish hair who was absolutely hilarious. awesome service. I ordered ice cream for the 99 cent delivery special that was going on for May. My order was mixed up on delivery with someone else's. I called the store and they remade my correct order right away. they were very kind and gave great customer service even though it wasn't their fault. they were super busy too but made sure to take care of me. read more

I did an online order from this location for pick up. I wrote "No spoons please" in the special notes section. When I picked it up, on the bag next to what I wrote, it had exclamation marks and a smiley face. The bag was full of about 20 spoons. Good job kid... :) read more

HORRIBLE Dirty location. Ice cream dripped all over the tables. When I asked for a towel to wipe the tables off. I was informed that those tables are not their responsibility. They are owned by the mall and they only wash them once in the morning. There were 5 girls working all standing around. The glass case was dirty with hand prints and ice cream drips. Even the floor was dirty. Please clean the tables and your location or we will not return. read more

It was pretty much like all others. Service was quick, ice-cream was good and met my craving.

I'm currently standing in line while the slowest human makes ice cream. Me and 7 other people are standing here waiting while there is a second employee in the back not helping customers...yes we all can hear and see her back there. Customer service fail. Please hire better staff this was beyond disappointing **more people just walked in and instead of greeting the customer she said "dammit" under her breath. read more

This is a case where I feel the sound of 4-star ice cream is too much, but I want to give it 4 stars because I can make fantastic creations and their base ice cream is none-too-shabby. It's a chain, you can find one in most suburbs. But unlike other chain ice cream the magic ingredient is you. Pick a flavor you like, pick a size, and go from there. You can stick to one mix-in or get crazy. They even have several suggested combinations to help out those who (like me) sometimes have a hard time getting the creative juices flowing. Even though I feel it can be a little overpriced for ice cream, I appreciate that the sizes usually take me a couple seatings to eat which makes it not seem quite as overpriced. One suggestion I have, if you find the magic combination write it down. I've made and lost many a perfect creation, never to recover that heavenly blend again. read more

This review is for tonight's service only - the ice cream, as always, speaks for itself. Rude and impatient service is never called for, especially at a non-busy. Completely unimpressed and will be sure to go out of my way to visit a different shop next time around. read more

They misunderstood my order and when I pointed it out, they just shrugged and wouldn't fix it. I won't be returning

All the bad reviews here are from uptight Karen's who have never known what it's like to work in retail with people yelling at you, being disrespected and working tiring hours for 10 dollars an hour. I went here tonight and the ladies were lovely. I get the feeling if you're patient and kind you'll see that the rude customers are the problem. read more

How can you go wrong at Cold Stone. Ice cream is my dessert dish of choice, and mixing ice cream with anything else is the best yet. I loved Cold Stone since the first time I visited. I nearly always have the same treat, and it is now listed as the Founders Favorite: sweat cream, brownie, carmel, fudge, pecans. I substitute fresh strawberries for the fudge sauce. To die for.. This is not at all like the DQ Flurry. read more

I love these guys usually, but every time I go there I get a sweet cream banana milkshake. 8 out of the last 10 times I've gone , I was told that the milkshake machine is "broken" only to see someone getting a milk shake the next day, not even 12 hours later!!! This has happened so often , that it makes me think that either they just are lazy and don't wanna make me a milkshake, or they have the crappy us a milkshake machine ever either way the problem should be dealt with! read more

This location, as well as the one in Tualatin (I think they have the same owner) are really fantastic. I have purchased cupcakes for events from both locations, and I called ahead of time to see what they had available. They had exactly what I wanted, and offered to make me anything else I wanted. The customer service over the phone, and in store was/is really great. If you are looking for a special pie, cupcakes, or cookie sandwich combo, you should give them a call. Another thing they offer is take home ice cream that you can make. I love the pumpkin ice cream, so I purchase the mid-size option to take home with me and enjoy. Love it!! read more

Let me set the scene: Saturday night, 8 p.m., on a beautifully sunny spring day. As a business owner of an ice cream place, you could have predicted a large crowd of customers, right? Apparently, not! We are currently in line with 30, yes, 30 other people waiting to place our order. There are two, yes, two students working the counter! Ridiculous! If we weren't here with our eleven-year-old daughter, whom we promised an after-dinner treat, we'd be walking right out of here! We certainly will not return to this particular location of the franchise again! Also, the restroom is in poor condition. No wonder--obviously, the two girls running the store do not have time to look after the cleanliness of the restroom on top of everything else. read more

Service is painfully slow. We came in as a group (the store was empty) and we weren't greeted. There were at least three employees in the store but only one employee was working, taking one order at a time. After we all got our ice cream we went to pay. They charged us 10x the amount of our bill, instead of $12 they charged $120. Overall I wouldn't have minded if they were friendly but with the robotic expressions and slow service it was not a great experience. read more
