Kylie responded IMMEDIATELY, quite literally within 10 minutes of my initial email. She called, and set up a tasting appointment with me. The day of the appointment (yesterday) she called ahead to let me know that the air in the building was acting funky but, she was looking forward to seeing me. The amazing personality that I spoke with over the phone was the same personality that I received in person...I LOVE an infectious spirit and she has just that! The cakes displayed are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and whats even better is that the taste was amazing as well. She/they had my sample box ready and while I was there I decided to purchase additional cupcakes as well. The cakes itself are very moist and flavorful, but not too sweet. My top favorite were the cookie dough and the amaretto raspberry. The raspberry filling has the perfect balance of sweetness, but a slight tart (like a hint of acidity). My boys loved the mudslide as it is a chocolate lovers DREAM and the French toast. My plan was to try 3 different businesses however the Divas have given me exactly what I was looking for. Naturally, I had to step inside. I was excited to try their new White Chocolate Lemon flavor, and of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing something for my hubby, so I picked up the Lemon Cheesecake for him. Let me start with my White Chocolate Lemon. Wow. What a perfect blend of sweet and tangy. It's creamy, fresh, and beautifully balanced--none of that artificial or imitation taste you sometimes get elsewhere. The cake itself was moist and soft, not dry in the slightest. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and real juices. It was honestly such a delight. The shop itself is just as charming as the cupcakes. Cozy, inviting, with soft lighting and gentle music--exactly the vibe you want when you're treating yourself. And the staff? Absolutely lovely. I was welcomed right away and even offered a tasting of their Almond Raspberry flavor. The woman helping me put together the cutest personalized box, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, it was a quick but really wonderful experience. Exactly what I needed today. I'll definitely be back!

She was very accommodating to a customized cake with short notice. The cake received was picture-perfect - exactly the image sent or even better! And the taste was exceptional.. Melissa called me 20 mins prior to a scheduled pickup asking for more time as the fondant wasn't holding up. I requested a full refund given the appearance of the cake. I had to hide the multiple areas of missing fondant with moons .. It was a big disaster, absolutely disappointing and upsetting. She had the audacity to respond back in capital letters and refused to provide a full refund -despite claiming that she holds customer service at an excellent level. I had a few ideas from Pinterest I showed her at the tasting. I ended up selecting vanilla cake with strawberry filling for the bottom layer and the top was marble with alternating layers of white chocolate and ganache. The cake was amazing. We made sure all the guests were sent home with some extra. I ended up taking most of the top layer to our hotel and had it over the next several mornings with coffee (it was my wedding week and I'll eat cake for breakfast if I want!). If it was not that our wedding coordinator recommended this baker I would never had picked it. After meeting the baker and trying the cake options I am very optimistic. The baker listened to my daughter for what she wanted and offered options that we did not even know where options.
