A place to grab a quick treat depending on what you get really depends on the type of service we have to keep in mind that it's usually a bunch of teenager young adults early early 20s that are running the shop. I always get a little bit of a hassle when I ask for a milkshake but if we're just getting ice cream, everything runs smoothly. Family friendly parking can be kind of tough if icon park area is super busy . It's a chain ice cream store never had a problem with the product. Love the pistachio flavors. Casual laid-back environment they do not have sit down seating.

The blueberry lemon sorbet was very tasty. It had a unique flavor that's hard to describe, but refreshing on a hot day. Prices are a little high for my liking. A small was like $7.50.

I got 1 scoop of pistachio icecream on a cone dipped with chocolate and nuts along rim. Only downside is that the sticker gets stuck to the cone so you can't eat the whole cone, I noticed this problem with all of Haagen Dazs locations, they may want to look into this! But overall my icecream was good!

Ice cream was good but insanely expensive. Customer service was lacking though. Either didn't speak hardly any English or just over all didn't care.

We stopped by here for ice cream after going around the international drive area. This place is located in the ICON Park right by the Star Flyer. If you are one of those people that are scared of heights, grabbing ice cream here might be a good alternative for you. It doesn't make sense to review the actual ice cream, because let's face it, who hasn't tried Häagen-Dazs or who doesn't like it? Practically no one. It's delicious, expensive and good for your soul. You can get ice creams (cup&cones), ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, milk shakes and even frozen drinks like smoothies or iced coffee. Prices are moderate, but you are in an extremely touristy area, so prices do reflect that. Service was just okay, not the friendliest and not the most inviting but still got the job done well. ~ Till next time.

They have a lot of flavors, I love the pineaple&coconut vanila ice cream. I go every week there, becouse I like the atmosphere and the girl who is working there everytime is verry friendly, also it looks clean inside.

Terrible customer service. Barely filled the ice cream cups halfway and didn't care. $20 for nothing

You can probably guarantee this place will always be busy (and for good reason). Even with a line to the door, the service was very quick. There is a lot of seating even towards the back of the shop and loved the ambiance. They're very on brand throughout the entire place. I ordered the birthday mamon in a cone and I loved it! They also had a ton of other unique flavors and sundae options. I definitely will be returning!

Despite there being a parking lot, we weren't able to find parking and we had to park on the street. For the middle of the week, I was surprised that there was a line out the door. It took about 15 minutes before we were serviced, but the staff behind the counter was working hard. Sampaguita has unique flavors, such as Ube. They were very accommodating and they let us try a bunch of different flavors. I was surprised because every flavor that I tried wasn't too sweet like ice cream typically is. My friend and I ordered the Ube brownie with Ube whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. It was good but also not too sweet. Personally I think the ice cream actually wasn't sweet enough. With the hype that Sampaguita gets, I was expecting to be blown out of the water, but it was a little underwhelming. I think there's better ice cream in Orlando. The dining room is really cute and there's actually a lot of tables. It's very comfortable to sit there and hang out with friends.

What stands out is how many unique and interesting options they have: pistachio foam lattes, banana pudding matcha, pumpkin spice floats, lychee spritz, melon floats, taiyaki, shaved ice, and creative soft-serve parfaits. The menu is huge with lots of fun twists. The shop has a clean, modern vibe with good seating. Service was friendly and quick. This time I got to try a seasonal item, Pistachio foam matcha latte and I was in obsessed! Their black sesame latte is also always delicious. Front desk is friendly and they offer fast service with not too long of a wait for our drinks to be made. Inside has few seating but enough for a fast turnaround of visitors. From the top of the swirl to the very bottom of the inside of my cone, there was not a single air pocket to be found. I got the chocolate flavored ice cream, and every bite was chocolatey and creamy heaven. Now, if you know your desserts, the cone that is used is usually known as a chimney cake. It is a sweet pastry that is soft on the inside and has a glass-like crunchy exterior that is coated with cinnamon and sugar. It's a little like eating a cruffin, but with a crunchier exterior due to their special way of making it. Definitely worth trying at least once if you've never tried it before. Overall, if you're looking to impress a foodie with something sweet, decadent, and pretty, I'd say give this place a go. The ice cream is as perfect and delicious as you see it.
