I had a few ideas from Pinterest I showed her at the tasting. I ended up selecting vanilla cake with strawberry filling for the bottom layer and the top was marble with alternating layers of white chocolate and ganache. The cake was amazing. We made sure all the guests were sent home with some extra. I ended up taking most of the top layer to our hotel and had it over the next several mornings with coffee (it was my wedding week and I'll eat cake for breakfast if I want!). Received a cupcake as a holiday gift... and of course promptly scarfed that bad boy down.. (Should have taken a picture, oh well) It was a large red velvet cupcake with a piped sugar icing on top. Once the cupcake was cut into, a small dollop of cream cheese filling was revealed. The cupcake itself was moist, but had no discernable "red velvet" cake taste. In fact it tasted a little too flour-y too me. The icing on top was your standard icing, sugary without being gritty. The cream cheese filling was too small of a dollap to adequately fill up the inside of the cupcake and left me wanting more. The filling was tasty, but a little sweet, however it balanced out the not too sweet cake. Customer service was my biggest negative. My husband and I were planning our wedding from Pennsylvania and came down for a long weekend for wedding planning. We booked an appointment with Heather well in advance for a cake tasting and to discuss what we wanted. We arrived and the bakery was completely dark. We called the phone number for the business with no answer. Heather forgot our appointment. It was pretty stressful as we weren't coming back to Florida until close to our wedding date. We were lucky enough to have It's Tasty Too! provide our wedding cake as part of a package booked through Weddings, Inc. We were initially referred to It's Tasty Too! by a coworker, and after we did our tasting, we were beyond ecstatic. They were our first choice, before we even booked a package deal with Weddings, Inc. When it turned out that this was our assigned vendor for cake, we were pleased as punch. Heather was very sweet (pun fully intended) and gave us a lot of great recommendations. We wanted a simple buttercream design with sugar flowers. The cake was a huge hit, and just absolutely gorgeous. Our favorite flavor was orange with cream cheese filling. We also had chocolate with amaretto and vanilla with cookies 'n cream, which were both amazing as well! But, looking back, we might have just gone for a 100% orange cake. It was the perfect amount of orange flavor. The cake was delicious, and beautifully decorated. I'm not a fan of fondant, neither the taste of it nor the look. Oh my god was our wedding cake from It's tasty too beautiful! It tasted amazing as well! We order the carrot cake with white chocolate filling for the top tier of our cake and the rum cake with key lime filling for the first tier. We had an ivory octagon cake with cascading ivory flowers. It was exceptionally beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our cake was reasonably priced, especially for the quality and delivered on time to our resort room. Another great point was that It's Tasty Too offers to give you your first layer for free on your anniversary, if you come back to the Orlando area to celebrate! I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I think it's justified. We used It's Tasty Too for our wedding cake and cupcakes, and were extremely disappointed with the service we received. We ordered red iced cupcakes in four flavors, and a white cake for our wedding. We were promised that upon delivery, the cupcake flavors would be sorted so that we could label them appropriately. Upon delivery, we were told by the man delivering them that he "didn't know which flavors were which, but would try to guess". Additionally, the cupcakes were frosted with a shade of red very different from that of the decorations on the cake, such that they looked orange. After our wedding, we brought up our complaints and were told that we would receive some money back due to the issues we had, which we were completely willing to accept. A week later, we had still not received the money, and tried to find out why. Rather than having a reasonable discussion about the disagreement, the owner resorted to personal attacks on myself and my new wife, when all we wanted was to simply resolve the situation. I recommend that you do not use It's Tasty Too for your event, because you're likely to encounter the same kind of struggles and personal attacks that we've experienced, over what should have been a minor issue. read more

Here is one of the bad stories of our wedding week. We worked with a company called It's Tasty Too for our wedding cake. I went up to the delivery man when he was dropping off the cupcakes at the wedding and asked him if he knew which flavors were which. He said no. I said, well thats not right because I spoke to the lady and she said that as long as i provided you with signs then my cupcakes will be labeled correctly. He said that he could just look at the cupcakes and guess. (How can you make a guess when the cake part is covered in icing?) I was disappointed to say the least but had a wedding plan to stick to and was not about to let it ruin our special day. At the time of the cake cutting Kyle and I quickly realized how orange the cupcakes were. It was made more noticeable by the bright red flower on the top of the cake. We began asking our guests what color is this. Orange was the repeated answer. Following along we had guests saying that they would grab a raspberry but it would be vanilla. Or marble and it would be Oreo. We expressed our disappointment with the lady in charge and she said that she will refund us half the money. That's more than we wanted. We simple wanted her to know of the issue and give an apology for such a blunder on such a big day. A week has gone by. No money returned. Only two texts were sent simple saying "This is Breanne. The money has not been returned." What happened next truly took my breath away and the only word to be said over and over again is "WOW." "There was a reasonable doubt in my mind to side in your favor." "I feel that you grossly stretched and manipulated the truth." "So, as you can see, there is a serious trust issue." "All of this says a lot to me about your character." She went on to say that her delivery man denies those claims and that one of my guests must have switched the labels. Now she refuses to stick to her promise. Which is fine. Don't refund us. But you are not going to speak to me, my husband, or my mother like that. I am not one to post like this, but I hate being wrongly accused, spoken down to, and people that won't own there part. She was also unresponsive during the wedding process.
