I enjoy coming to coldstone pinecrest. Quick friendly service! I like the fact that I can walk to this location. Place never disappoints. Once again we are here. read more

My cravings have been all over the place lately, and right now ice cream is absolutely hitting the spot. Every time I come to Cols Stone, the staff is super friendly and quick in prepping the ice cream. I honestly don't understand why this location has such low ratings because I've always had a good experience. Service is quick and the ice cream always satisfies my cravings. read more

If you ask for more cookie dough or any toppings these people won't add it in for you. I received my order but didn't see any cookie dough in it so I asked if I can get more cookie dough. They responded "it has cookie dough". Let me just say I found one piece of cookie dough at the bottom, I don't get what they lose from just giving me cookie dough. read more

I had an extremely uncomfortable and honestly scary experience at this Cold Stone location. I have a very severe peanut allergy, which I clearly explained to the employee before ordering. I specifically asked whether a certain flavor contained peanuts, and I was told no. After being handed the ice cream and taking a bite, the employee then decided to check the ingredient book to double-check. At that point, I was extremely alarmed. If you're unsure, that should be checked before serving someone especially when they've already disclosed a life-threatening allergy. Because of how unsafe and uncomfortable I felt, I did not end up eating any ice cream or completing my order. On top of that, both the men and woman working were not friendly or reassuring at all, which made the situation even worse. Food allergies are serious, and this experience showed a complete lack of care and awareness. I will never be returning and would strongly caution anyone with allergies to be very careful here. read more

Currently enjoying the fudge truffle ice cream. First time visit, place is small, but cozy. I ordered small and they charged me 9 dollars for small. A little expensive, but the ice cream was pretty good. Not bad, but a little expensive, im not gonna bother asking the price on their largest scoop read more

COLDSTONE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I would like to start off with saying: *Employees are not friendly *My friends strawberry milkshake was watered down *Tried to ask for the code to the bathroom and got stared at like I had 5 heads *Very unsanitary, employees sitting on tables. *Ice cream was meh If you come to this Coldstone, watch out. read more

What can I say, it gets the job done! The quality is no where near great, but there's always a good selection of both flavors and toppings. read more

So I walked in, no customers waiting at all. 5 girls behind the counter one of whom was sitting on the counter by the sink. No one acknowledged me at all until the first sitting on the counter saw me staring at her. She reluctantly came and asked how she could help me. I could see some of the other workers working on what I can only assume were online orders since I was the only customer in the store. What happened to "welcome to cold stone?" Or some type of acknowledgement that someone was there to serve a customer?? I had 3 orders to place and instead of her putting them in the chiller while she's working on the others she left them on the counter and as you can see they were melting because the place where they were making the ice cream was too congested so she had to wait for a space to clear for her to work. Will not be returning ... ever! read more

The employees panic when they see a lot of customers not only were they rushing but it's also a language barrier. The employees (all females) wasn't giving us enough time to make decisions we had 4 kids and their experience was rushed. read more

the waffle cone is amazin!! must recommend also the coffee ice cream is delicious!! the employees are very nice.

I was being helped by a man and he was so demeaning and did not speak a word of English. I gave him my rewards number 5 times and he charged me 2 separate times fully without applying my coupons. He did not care to ask about the pricing coupons after I reminded him 2 times. He laughed and said he was the manager when I asked to speak with someone else. Very racist establishment read more

Great and quick service. Would definitely recommend !!!!!! My favorite ice cream shop

I love cold stone and usually go to the one in cutler bay but it's closed. I get a birthday cake remix and I add cookie dough. I walked in and was assisted by a young girl with black hair. I told her "birthday cake remix add cookie dough" and I also mentioned to her, that it was going to be two orders. She starts making the ice cream and while she's making the ice cream another nice employee comes in and helps me with the second order. She asks me cookie dough right? I'm like yeah in the birthday cake remix! Lol she gives me attitude and says "that's what I asked..". So rude and unprofessional. Never again. read more

They aren't enforcing social distancing at all. People on top of each other, not wearing masks. Employees said nothing. There are at least 15 people in the store at the moment. So disappointed read more

We purchased prepackaged ice cream sandwiches. The plastic packaging was so thin and had been frozen so much it was brittle. We did not notice that the bottom had broke and shards of plastic had peppered the ice cream. I discovered a piece after buying into one and was very shocked to find plastic. We then realized almost all of them had plastic shards. The young kid at the store provided a replacement and apologies. But we have yet to see a sincere customer service response from management. When we called the night it happened my expectations would have been for the manager to use Postmates to immediately replace it. Not to say bring it back and we'll replace it. read more

The laziest people work At this cold stone. Nothing was mixed in the plate, they were eating behind the counter, the icecream was awful.

When we're craving something sweet, my boyfriend and I like to come to this Coldstone location. It's this very location where my boyfriend introduced me to Coldstone for the first time. He always orders cake batter ice cream with Oreos in an "I Like It" size. I usually order Birthday Cake Remix in the same size. The cake batter ice cream is so good and I personally enjoy the addition of brownies that come with my order. The size we order is perfect if you're looking to fill your dessert cravings. Sometimes the employees give more than plenty. They aim to fit as much as possible for you in the small cup so you don't need much more. read more

Horrible service. Not a word. I have to said hi. No other consumers to attend and i ask for something simple as a sorbet without toppings and I just have a rolling eyes ride response. The girl preparing our order smash the sorbet with attitude. Asked her for a second ice cream in a waffle cone, of course pretending that I didn't ask for it, serves in a regular cup. Ask her again for a waffle cone and of course have a rolling eyes AGAIN! Very disappointed to pay a overpriced ice cream and get treated like garbage for someone without care for her income source. PS to the owner to this place: You should take your time considering who you hire to take care your business. Just take a look to the reviews and you find out that you are not caring enough to have a successful business. Costumers looking for a dessert or a treat don't appreciate this kind of poor experience. read more

I love coming here! Of course, me being the chocolate freak that I am, I got Chocolate Devotion, which includes chocolate ice-cream, chocolate chips, chocolate fudge, and a brownie. For me, all those ingredients make a heavenly dessert. Their sizing options are Like it (small,) Love It(medium,)and Gotta Have It(large.) Yes, I know. Cute right? I love coming here and will always come here when I have a sweet tooth. I devoured that chocolate devotion! read more

Really disappointed with our experience tonight. We came to get ice cream because it is my daughter's birthday. When we came in, there was no other customers, yet the 2 employees did not say a word or even make eye contact with us for a few minutes. They finally were ready to take our order but, it was obvious they had no desire to be there. We witnessed one of them interact with someone picking up an order and the guy looked at me like what is wrong with them. I've never had such a negative experience at a Cold Stone before. The ice cream was good but, the customer service was NOT. Very sad to see young people so negative. read more

I LOVE the icecream here!!!! I had the butter pecan and I loved every bite, will be back ASAP!!!

We had a craving for cold stone and came during ETA expecting subpar service but the girls were all very nice and attentive. All covid protocols were in place and being followed. The ice cream was amazing like always. Would recommend. read more

Ice cream was good, per usual. However when we were ordering our ice cream the female employee who was scooping the ice cream had her hair down and a piece of her hair fell into one of the ice creams and she proceeded to take it out after she noticed like it never happened (at least she took it out i guess). I am not sure what Cold Stone's company guidelines are for having your hair pulled back, but as a customer this really grossed me out. I am not trying to sound like a Karen, but if it would have fallen into the ice cream I was ordering I most definitely would have canceled my order. Definitely made me lose my appetite. read more

I love Coldstone. I mean, who doesn't? But at this particular location, Janella made the experience so much better. She is so incredibly kind!!!!!! the service was great all the employees were amazing and so helpful and nice the ice cream is so good we love coming here after any event we go to just for a great time read more

Worst service in Miami, there were two girls working tonight, both in high school, whose friend came in, and they let him skip the line, in front of me and my little sister who had been waiting there to get our ice cream, and then proceeded to make his ice cream before ours. They then did not make him pay, very noticeably while the store was filled with other customers and gave him the ice cream for free. They messed up both of our sizes of our ice cream as well. And, when I went to order my ice cream, the young lady didn't pay any attention to my order because she was posing for a selfie on her friends phone. An utter disgrace. read more

Zero stars is what this horrifically run business deserves. Teenagers with an attitude should NEVER be in a position serving the public without proper training- I know this as a mother of two. Not to mention Cold Stone charges WAY too much for their mediocre ice cream to not have good customer service. Going for ice cream should be a pleasant treat otherwise you would grab a gallon at Publix and stay home. We went and waited in line as the employees goofed off with their friends, served them free ice cream ahead of waiting paying customers and then got ALL of our orders wrong. They ignored customers while serving friends and literally taking selfies. Let.that.sink.in. Don't go here- go to ChillN where they hire decent people, train them properly and serve better ice cream. read more

Well I came to this location 2 weeks ago. The behavior behind the counter is not the best. No one wants to attend a new customer. Maybe it is very stressful to work here i am not sure. Yesterday convinced me that the culture in the location is terrible. I was there at about it 10:45pm and there was one girl walking around, one working (slow) but working and one talking to her boyfriend who came to see her. Very unprofessional and I nor the other customers behind me (long line and it's been 15 minutes without acknowledging of us). had a need to listen to his personal problems and how upset he was. Was the only one upset, no. The line behind me was complaining plus one customer approached the staff and asked how long it was going to be like that because she will cancel her order and leave. I usually hate traveling to Doral due to the traffic and distance getting there. But that store moves and they always have a long line. Somehow though, they have a great attitude and they also move with a purpose. Sorry about the terrible review but the employees need retraining and a change of attitude. read more

The service at this location was very poorly. No one greeted us when we walked in. When we were ready to order the girls were conversing & laughing, and I had to interrupt them saying "excuse me I'm ready" & she said "okay" and laughed.... didn't really get the joke there, but super rude. One of the girls (the one with purple hair) asked me if I was ready to order & I told her yes, she gave me a sample of the ice cream I was going to choose & went to charger someone else as if she wasn't assisting me. I'm very disappointed with my visit, definitely need new staff members. read more

Jenyla was amazing. Super awesome and gave me a good recommendation with the cheesecake ice cream. It Was a very good experience.

Okay hands down Cold Stone if always a favorite. Their signature ice-creams are on point. Cake Batter Remix is where it's at, along with the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate. Cookie Doughn't you Want Some is also a great choice. Their mix-ins always have great texture and everything is very flavorful and creamy. A fat girl's paradise. My review is just for this specific location. The customer service was great. I know I'm being a little critical here, but the ice-cream was a little bit more melted than in other locations. Also they served only 3/4 of the cup and didn't put enough brownie and fudge. I've been to other locations where the portions are a little bit better served. Yes, I know a little picky of me. BUt what can you expect from an expert sweeth tooth fatty like myself. Overall, its always very good and I will always come back. read more

I am not a huge Cold Stone fan by any means...I think the mix-ins turn into "too much" with each bite of ice cream. I've never even been able to finish a "like it" size. My nephews do love this place though, so we brought them here for dessert on Saturday to try to make up for the less than stellar dinner we had. The service was good- friendly, and quick. The store was also very clean. My nephews loved and finished their ice-creams and shakes and, to my delight, I found a treat which I do like- the new ice-cream cupcakes...MMMMM! Just the right size of goodness- a small chocolate cup filled with a piece of cake on the bottom, then a little ice cream, topped with just the right amount of frosting....it was a Goldie Locks moment bc this treat to me was juuuuust right :) It may not be my first choice for ice-cream, but now that I have finally found a frozen treat that I like here, I may be back more often....even without my nephews in tow. read more
