Stopped in to grab an ice cream cake for my grandma. As usual, the ice cream cake was really good! It was prettily decorated. We added fun candles to it. My grandma and the whole family enjoyed the strawberry red velvet ice cream cake very much! The gal that helped me today wasn't the nicest but she got the job done. It's crazy to work at an ice cream joint and have such a bad attitude. My order party couple visits have been great so I'm looking forward to a better customer service interaction next time. read more

Fantastic service. Bridger served me up some very good ice cream. 10/10 will come back.

Getting tired of going in and getting skimpy orders. A love it sig is $8. Ordered a birthday cake remix. Then said make 2 of those. The guy had already scooped the ice cream for one of them. Never added any more ice cream but divided it into 2 cups. Seriously?! Then ordered a Lover it mud pie mojo, no fudge, extra oreo. He put one Oreo in there. Time to find a new place. read more

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for a kid's birthday. Instead of cotton candy, they used coffee ice cream. Very disappointing considering how much I paid for a special cake. Horrible experience read more

Best ice cream ever! So cute and very clean. So many options and the workers will make whatever you ask them to. I recommend if you love ice-cream with lots of toppings! read more

The service was horrid. Being the ONLY customer in the lobby at 5pm on a Friday & despite there being 4 or 5 employees on the clock, unfortunately, no one noticed my existence when I walked in. I was not properly greeted, and no one said hello, to be honest. In fact, I literally had to ask for help, and then they acted like I was nuisance or a bother, like some annoying toddler. I ordered 2 small cream desserts, and then they had the audacity to ask for a tip LOL Anyway, hopefully the next time I crave this place, there is another location I can go to because it will not be this one SMH read more

I'm not sure whose idea it was to have three high school boys working in the store on a Friday night... management; not sure if you aware of how the staff acts in the evenings So it's too busy to help the 8+ delivery drivers taking up your dining area, but you only have one person up front? BUT the second a group of their teenager buddies walk in, they get to cut the line and all get free items? As you have walk in customers who have been waiting in line? As a restaurant manager myself; I would be looking for their replacements. These employees are not worth investing in read more

We ordered online thinking it would go well. When we went in to pick up our order they were still making it, the guy with longer hair did not have his hair tied back and he seemed high. We asked for one with Oreo/ cake batter with nilla wafer mix in and a waffle cone another with mint/cookie dough with brownie mixed in. There was no waffle cone and they put one in a like it cup inside of a love it cup (we only ordered love it sizes). Both had the wrong flavors in it and were overly sweet with the texture of glue and slightly melted. read more

Wouldn't recommend this location. EXTREMELY dirty, and I honestly love cold stone, its just this location

Huge thanks to Xander and Tucker at Cold Stone for being absolutely amazing! They were both so sweet, welcoming, and full of positive energy that it completely made my visit. Xander's friendliness and Tucker's kindness shined through in every interaction, and together they created such a fun and memorable experience. It's rare to meet people who can make something as simple as grabbing ice cream feel so special, but they truly went above and beyond. People like Xander and Tucker are the reason I'd come back again and again. Not just for the ice cream, but for the joy of seeing them. If I could add a 6th star I 100% would. read more

Ice cream shakes are my favorite. I just had the number one best milkshake in the world, voted by me, of course. Coffee ice cream with hot fudge. Service was awesome. Everybody was happy and very pleasant. Workers had a very good vibe . read more

Mac was so friendly and helped me decide on what concoction to try. I'll definitely be back to try a smoothie she was recommending.

if i could leave negative stars, i would. this is the most disgusting establishment i have ever stepped foot in, with workers that look & act like they smoked 20 joints in the back before their shift. oh wait, THEY DID! it absolutely REEKS of weed in this place. Tucker and Evan were SUPPOSED TO help me out, but instead would rather ignore me entirely & have a full 10 minute conversation at the register. everything is dirty & absolutely disgusting. annie, the manager, is absolutely no help and does not care about the state of her store, nor the way her workers do their job. i have a severe peanut allergy, and there was a MASSIVE swipe of peanut butter in my ice cream because they didn't bother to clean the spade before using it to make my ice cream. so, moral of the story, if you want to die from a peanut allergy & probably find toenail in your ice cream, come here! you'd love it! also, ANNIE, maybe tell you sixteen year old workers to stop leaving for an hour to hit their vapes in the back. i could hear them screaming & yelling about it while i twiddled my thumbs waiting for service. TERRIBLE management and TERRIBLE customer service. read more

Say what you want about chains, this place always delivers good quality ice cream and portions!

As I walked in there was 4 people on the floor place was empty. Not a greeting or a welcome in. I waited for 5 minutes just being looked at by all these workers until a girl came out from the back and looked confused I made eye contact with her and said no I have not been helped. She came up and thankfully enough I submitted an order online. Gave her my name and they had it ready to go because she grabbed it from the freezer so I guess the time I spent waiting to get help of any kind was the time it would have taken for them to make my order. All in all terrible service don't recommend coming here for a while. read more

I would give this a 0 star if I had choice but never going back to that place ever again. One of the young female employee there has the worse ugliest attitude. It's probably because she never saw deaf people before. She had no smile or not even friendly At all!!! There's no way I will allow that kind of attitude in front of 3 children so we walked out without getting ice cream! Kids enjoyed Bundt cake instead.. that employee needs to go!!! I wish I took a pic of her and blast her!! read more

Went here for the first time the other day. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and the ice-cream was great. The only negative thing was lack of seating space which is why it gets only 4 starts and not 5. Other than that, I loved it. read more

Great ice cream, terrible customer service. Ordered a specific way, the lady behind the counter informed me of something that could've been a better deal but I wasn't interested. She then proceeded to treat my like I was an idiot. I think we will just go back to Reeds Dairy next time. Reeds is better in every way. read more

I'm sitting in the lobby, just finished our ice cream. I had read the reviews before we drove here. I was cautious. 8 people sitting and eating , 2 in front of us. We were greeted right away. Eye contact and no vibe of rush. The nice extra was the staff behind the counter helped each of us... instead of one employee helping 2 people. The woman who rang us up, chatted and was above average personable. Only sad thing... they make minimum wage - so tip, don't be shy. read more

Ordered on line I was in a hurry to grab and go. I waited in line 15 minutes and the green haired girl says you will have to wait we have other online orders ahead of you. But I am here there not. She said that I can wait and it will be only ten to fifteen minutes for my order that I already paid for. Believe me I will not be back. She is a total bitch too read more

The service was wonderful as always! The employees treated our large group with kindness and patience while serving us with a smile on their face the whole time! And the ice cream was top notch! I tried the fall flavors and they were amazing! 100% recommend read more

The ice cream was great. Service was amazing. We were helped very quickly! Everything was clean and taken care of.

This used to be a great place. Now the service is terrible and not worth the price. I have had bad service 3 times in a row now. I'm done giving them a chance. They used to greet customers and welcome and sing and generally be a happy place to be and now everyone working there seems like they hate their jobs. No one even smiles anymore. Also be aware that if you order on the app, they upcharge the individual prices and then claim to have free or discounted delivery. But the cost of the individual items is more than it is in the store. We ordered for delivery today, they missed one of the items, admitted it on the phone and offered to give me a coupon for free ice cream next time, but would not make it right tonight. read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes! only to be refused service because they would not cash a $50.00 bill. Do we not live in Bidenflation currently? What is $50.00 nowadays? If you are going to refuse service because of not wanting to cash a $50.00 bill, then post it Mr. owner! First time I have ever been refused service for wanting to pay in cash. Post your stupid policies if you are going to have them! read more

Terrible customer service. 45 minutes before closing, there were 5 workers there, all messing around not doing their job. Bumping eachother to purposely mess with the ice cream, and we were served melted ice cream. Not to mention there were 5 staff and it took them 20 minutes to go through less than 10 people in line. Not going there again. read more

Every time i come to this location there is something. Idk why i keep coming back. This last time my bf was picking up an order for me and my friend. 2 different orders so you'd think two different bowls, right?! Well no they put them together and when he told the girl working she said: "okay" then proceeded to ring him up. He told her multiple times and she just kept saying: "okay" and didn't fix the problem. He finally left because he was so annoyed. The time before, i asked for my ice cream in one of those cone bowls... he put the ice cream in a regular bowl and an ice cream cone on top.... Wtf?! read more

I was so agitated by the time we left...The employees were terrible. One girl was eating the whip cream off her hands, another was screwing around throwing toppings. They were both loud and acting crazy. The other employees were ok, but one guy kept trying to "juggle" a ball of ice cream and dropping it. Thank god he left it on the floor...but very wasteful! No wonder the line took forever to get through! Incredibly loud with the girls shouting and the music blaring. It was also so dirty...everything including the candy bins needed a good wipe down! we haven't been there in a long time and it definitely went downhill. it's too bad, Coldstone used to be such a treat. read more

The brownie fudge ice cream is such a small amount they pretty much bend you over for the 5.29 or so that it costs. Coupled with the fact there's no seating, the place is packed on a raining day and it stinks to high hell because of so many people and crappy ventilation. Totally not worth the time or the money for the overall experience. Web sites proclaims they have Apple Pay and they don't so be prepared to run back out to your car. read more

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FOR DELIVERY! Completely unprofessional! I ordered a cake 5 days in advance and called to check on status and was told they were running late because the Cake Decorator had not shown up. They confirmed it would be delivered an hour later - two hours later I called to see where the cake was and they said the delivery company had cancelled - NOONE called to tell me! Now I have NO cake for the party today!! read more

Ordered a birthday cake over 24 hours ago. Came to pick it up on time today . It wasn't ready. Music blasting and nobody even came out to greet us. Although I saw the girl look at me from the back. Finally finished... the name on cake was misspelled and smeared. Employee couldn't care less and said she didn't know how to offer me a discount since I already paid. Never again is an understatement. The combination of being DUMB and NOT CARING is the end for me. Go somewhere else. read more

the workers here are incredibly disrespectful. i came here once after a horrible day and i was behind a bunch of high schoolers who ordered in 5 minutes and continued to stand in front of me in line for 20 minutes. the workers didn't make eye contact with me instead they all went out and talked to the high schoolers bc they knew them personally. i stood there for 20 minutes until one of the high schoolers (not an employee) was like were u going to order? (....duh....why else would i be here) i said yes and i finally got to stand in front of them where i was looked at by employees and they didn't say anything. it took another 7 minutes for an employee to ask me what i wanted and they ended up messing up my order in the end. very unprofessional, worst customer service probably ever. i'm not one to be upset with food workers cuz i know what it's like but this experience was terrible read more

Both my visits here have been positive. The first one was so great, I ordered exactly the same thing the 2nd time: Cherry Cheesecake Shake. So yummy! The 2nd visit here, I enjoyed my shake in the store with a friend. I would probably recommend against it, because there were some very noisy machines (and an even noisier owner/manager guy) at work while we were trying to catch up. Five bucks for a milkshake is pretty high. Not something I'd do often. But if any milkshake on earth is worth five bucks, it's the Cherry Cheesecake Shake. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place STINKS! As in Smells. Really bad. Like rotten milky dishcloths. The employees don't seem to care if the tables are sticky, the trash is overflowing, and the floors are filthy! There was one cute girl trying to clean the place by herself after the line calmed down- but the other employees disappeared in the back room. I also over heard another employee talking trash about people coming into the store. This place needs a complete overhaul! read more
